You actually got it wrong....INEC agreed there was Over voting at the tribunal but they were only contending at the Appeal Court if a Voter Register is needed to prove over voting or not.

The Tribunal agreed that The voter register is not needed while the Appeal ruled that its needed..So we await the response of the Supreme Court on that tmrw 🤗

There was nothing like INEC admitting to over voting, the English used by the INEC witness was "seemingly over voting" and he said it was because of "synchronisation". Infact, this is more reason why BVAS, result sheets and register are necessary to be considered in the judgement because they are the materials present at the venues of the election (polling units).

I am a lecturer and it is wrong to scare students this way. When I teach, my primary goal is to impart knowledge. Exams is just my way of confirming that I was successful in imparting knowledge......so I prefer it to be a fair test of the knowledge I supposedly imparted......rather than a vindictive measure to make dem weep.

But las las....with the present crop of Nigerian students we are saddled with teaching....crying is not just allowed......it is usually inevitable because no matter what u do, most students refuse to study.
