I'd like to advice you, like all other members of this thread have tried to do.
1. There is NO legit way to go to US. There is ONLY the honest way.
2. You, your Agent and Friend are planning to break US Laws.
3. Packaging you is fraud. You are truly NOT going to buy anything for a fake company you don't work with
4. You can only get to US as a tourist (which means you have to return to Nigeria). On Business purpose (you have to return again). Study (You have to pay the fees before getting a visa, and you are expected to return after your education). Health. Etc etc
5. Visa by arranged marriage is SCAM. You are paying USD9k to be married to a USC. This is wrong.
6. There is a type of Visa that gives you permission to live and work in US lawfully, and that is when you marry a USC. You marry first before traveling.
This is different from traveling, paying 9k and then marrying.
7. If you have 350k to 500k USD, you can get a permanent residence with an Investors Visa.

I believe you don't qualify for any of this, and they don't fit your intention to travel to US, hence the Agent, the 9k and Illegal status

The US doesn't have a responsibility to give you a better life environment, so don't think of legit way to bend the rule.

You have gotten to an advance stage of planning with your friend and agent, and may go ahead with your plans, but please don't.

There are other visas available for getting to the US. Diligently check www.state.gov

If you don't find any that helps you japa. Don't despair.

it as been said on several occasions that don't patronize agents. There is this proverb that says anyone that wants to dress you up, you should always look at is own neck and see if he dressed well also. Most of all this agent as not traveled to just Dubia not to talk of UK or US.

Thirdly I know you have paid the agent already and you will surely use him, if am not making a mistake you would have given him almost 100k or so for a start. So please go ahead with him.

If not have it in mind that if your application is not successful you still have to keep on using the same agent and the same lies until you get your visa. That is if he didn't say you are the owner of the company. If he said you are just a staff in a company is still better because a worker can become a business owner within years. Your story can still change.

So seat down and have a drink and think deeply about all this and pick the best option for yourself.

Thank you very much, I have not paid him yet because my friend who is in the United States now introduced me to him and he used this same format and got his Visa and now working over there. But when the agent explained this to me I wasn't comfortable because I don't want any form of illegality and I don't want to travel Just to be having restless mind. He said I would be going there as a manager going to procure goods for our company. I'm not Just comfortable with it.
