What I get from this article is: he did receive an award for best governor in a category. He was given one million dollar grant. He could have used it for himself like many other state governors will do of course you know what one million dollars can do yet he chose to use it for the state. I have said it before, take money away from politics and I bet you, no one will vie for any position yet obi has proven over time he's not after pubic funds.
