What is Hilarious? Your endless mockery of the Igbo people or your inability to use the internet appropriately to check facts?

The Igbo ukwu findings are far more sophisticated than those pyramids. If you ignorants are not too bent on talking bad about the Igbos on any given chance, you could've been researching on this very topic knowing that something like that increases tourism and pride of a nation. Now go shit on your pants: The benefits will be for my darling Biafra soon cheesy cheesy
CultureRe: Igbo Language And Nigerian Pidgin by romeo(m): 3:02pm On Jan 18, 2009
@Onyinye

Learning igbo is not a "DO OR DIE AFFAIR". People in the forum can not help you when you are not asking for help, Igbo kwenu thread can help you a lot. Ikomi was speaking igbo language so badly when he started visiting the thread but with time he improved. Why can't you write the igbo language the best way u can and the corrections will follow? Don't just think without making efforts your igbo will just improve over night.

We made so much fun of ikomi and we even labeled his version of igbo "Ikomism" but he kept writing and he has improvd a lot. That's the spirit!!

Hotstepper:
b/w, I went to sum towns in enugu state this past xmas, trust me, it aint nuthing 2 write home about
Nigeria is nothing to write home about and not just some "enugu towns". And that has nothing to do with learning igbo language or don't you think so? wink

The brain dead hillbilly from Mallorca has just escaped from the san and is running loose on NL. . . It shows your glaring lack of wit to write bollocks in a language many can't understand just because you are deficient in English language. So you can kpoa all you want in spanish, I do not give a flying Bleep!!

Once again, read Eziachi's post or you can gorge your eyes out so we know you can't see anything and can then permit your drivel on this thread!!

ANUOFIA!!
The ability to speak more than 6 languages is not a joke. Leave the English deficient part for your village girls you impress with such kindergarten talks.

I made that comment in Spanish to my delight and mine alone. Twerp!

I feel satisfied that atleast a governor in Nigeria is aware of the changing trend in urbanisation. Lagos state should be a mega city, with the necessary infrastructures. It is surpposed to attract foriegn investors and be mentioned as one of the prides of Africa.
I was ransacked and almost denied passage to Phnom Pehn, the capital of Cambodia that looks like Aba or Onitsha because I was a Nigerian. And when I asked why they were treating me harshly, they said that they were suspecting that I'll not return from Cambodia again. You can Imagne that! If there was a place like where Fashola is trying to create, I would have buttressed my point well. But I could not boast of anything. not even Abuja.
If I were Fashola, I will destroy more Shops. What kind of business will a person be doing without being able to contribute to the economy of the state and make profits. What Fashola will end up teaching these traders is that they should do their businesses properly. Not only to make naira to feed their families but also to raise the standard of their businesses .
I am relieved that we have a capable Public adminstrator in Nigeria.
All to his/her opinion!! But i will suggest you travel more and probably to the developed west. It has the power to change people's view of life and values.

The above highlighted is dumb.

How did a wishful thinking thread turn to ownership of PH tussle?

I thought Igwe meant 'King' in Igbo, Igbo people (romeo angry ) have argued previously that PH is owned by Igbos and it is statements like this that cause a lot of problems. Even If Ikwerre people are Igbos (I don't care If they are), they do not 'own' the entire city.

I am sure you are a great person but with the part highlighted in bold i don't even know why i am bothering posting a reply. If you got bored of reading my post half way in you should have just said so instead of ignoring it all to jump at some conclusion for the sake of it. I could bring up issues about creating a more orderly environment to attract bigger businesses with the capacity to hire more people and pay better and hence put food on the table but i already addressed that so i won't again. All i can say is, if you feel so strongly about street trading why don't you go do it with your friends in central london or manhattan naija style? Perhaps you could organise some "wares" in baskets and plant you stall on the subway or on the sidewalk and then see what happens. Such isn't tolerated in many places in the world, in singapore it is even illegal to spit out gum on the pavement. We would all go to these places and marvel at the orderliness and yet when such is attempted in Nigemria that is when people will protest. They won't protest at government to be more fiscally responsible, corrupt leaders will walk the streets and no one will do anything, but this is what will unite? LOL. The issue is to me is alternatives, simple as that and to be honest nothing more.
I read ur post but i did the same u did to me cheesy cheesy

We are talking the same thing now wink

PoliticsRe: What if the civil war in Nigeria was a success? by romeo(m): 3:02pm On Jan 06, 2009
Dude stop quoting wikipedia!! Goshhhhhh! Anybody can edit articles there anytime anyday. IMO it's not a credible source for some sensitive issues like this.

It's a shame we go to wikipedia to get some information about our history everytime. Backyard stories from our neighbours make it to wikipèdia in less than 30 minutes and thus becomes part of our real history in the eyes of the people that doesn't know.

Sky Blue:
Why don't we focus on the issue instead of sidestepping all over the place? What were the major alternatives partywise in Lagos? PDP? A party that boasts IBB, OBJ, Odilli, Ibori and other horrors from beyond is a party you thought would have been a better alternative? Computer village was allegedly closed because of tax issues. If that was the case then why defend illegality? Let us not digress.
And your AC is the "holy" party? talking about digression undecided, Maybe you work for him.

My point is that government should have the electorate in their mind before any action in a true democracy, And not behaving like bunch of touts. Sure they warned them of the impending destruction, that's always their argument! We warned them!!

I mentioned computer village not because i support non payment of tax by traders, But because i feel the Fashola guy and his people can make the traders pay taxes without "push me I push you". And he's all over the place with Push me I push You attitude.

I ask you skyblue! Is Fashola the governor of the oshodi traders or Governor of Lagos beautification? If we make Lagos so beautiful without food on the tables of the residents, then how do we prolong the beauty?

Warning the Traders is not enough but relocating them before destruction is what he must have done. A very simple logic. But you will still overlook the details to pick on the lines that interest you most to fill a whole page with letters.
PoliticsRe: Pictures Of Oshodi Market Demolition by romeo(m): 1:27pm On Jan 06, 2009
This is what happens when we applaud the closure of markets like computer village. The Fashola man is acting like a bush man! This kind of things happen when there is no democracy, He knows very well he will not need their votes to extend his tenure in office. He will rig his way and still put another after his tenure.

If he will need their votes come election time he must have provided alternatives for this poor families. It's just like "Fu-ck all ya, Eko oni baje"

Life is sacred, regardless of its tribal home.  However, Yorubas have a more tenable way of dealing with issues of terror than say Igbo does.  If an Igbo residential area is attacked and Yorubas are residing in there with them of course they will be attacked as well.
No way!! You're all well known for cowardice cheesy. Way too much noise but no action. Or do you people now have cyborgs?

Negro_Ntns:
Why does every Igbo resort to abusive and personal attacks at the jump of the rope? I sincerely believe that you still need rehabilitation from the pains of the war.
I am asking the same question but in a different way! Why does every Yoruba or other tribes in Nigeria shit on their pants at the mention of Biafra?

Negro_Ntns:
I will be back with some words for you later. You want something that will bring tears to your eyes? Keep it up, you hear. . . keep up your nonsense.
Are you trying to live up to the known fact that your people are nothing but cowards? Empty barrels!!

Thanks to youtube I've seen the things that bring tears to my eyes, The gruesome genocide unleashed on my people by the Nigeria government and their British cohorts. I wonder what your coward ass will bring up now cheesy
