We are making progress eventually.

My baby now opens mouth by herself. Takes like 5 to 6spoons and that is it. I know we will graduate to finishing a bowl soon.

Am worried about water, her poop is now thick, what's the recommended water consumption per day for above 6months?

Rem there will be a change of weather so plan for that please,
Rem there cups,bottles & feeders,help them manage there intake properly atleast to some extent....

THEN WHILE YOU BUY ALL THIS,WHILE PACKING YOUR BIG BIBLE,HOLY WATER,OIL & HANKY WITH PIN UO & STICKER,
PLEASE MOST IMPORTANTLY REMEMEBER SOME VITAL DRUGS,
Paracetamol maka fever and over activity,
VitaminC..
Some pain relievers maka ndi ya ada ada...
Some cough and cattarh drugs....
A thermometer incase our palms fails us...
And other things.....

It is not all babies that take to complimentary feeding i.e. semi-solids immediately. You have to keep trying. Please note that their stomachs are still small so few spoons of what you give them is actually ok. Your baby is still learning so stop the force feeding. I'm sure you dont feel happy when you do that.

What foods have you been trying for her?

I started with apple puree and banana puree before we graduated to other foods. Have you tried cereals too?

As it pertains to her milk, have you tried changing to another brand probably she may take it better. Most of these formula taste differently from one another. You may try another. I tried 3 different ones before i settled for the one my ds used up till he was 1+.

Multivitamins will only supplement what is lacking in terms of nutrients.

Have you tried getting someone else to feed her. At times, their shakara is less when another person feeds them.

You can also try visiting a pead to rule out any case of illness since you mentioned she hasn't doubled in weight yet.

Have seen a doctor, everything came out fine except her throat that appeared redish and she prescribed some antibiotics. We are done with it still no improvement.

I used nestle nan, we have been on it since her 5th month , she take it, am just concerned about the quantity she takes per time. 120ml.

Do you think she will take more if I change brands?

As for food introduced so far
Apple puree..she took it at first, but rejected it few spoons.
Banana too.
Nutribon wheat_ that's the only one I can be singing and giving her and she will open mouth small.
Then just recently Ogi Baba which she rejected too.

No conclusion on the fasting and prayer yet?

My baby has rejected all the solid I have tried giving her.
She is even underweight, hasn't doubled her birth weight yet she won't take anything except breast milk or formula
Even the formula self , she doesn't finish more than 120ml per feed.

Any suggestions as to what to add
Multivitamins or anything to make her eat.
Whatever that has worked for you pls share, let me keep trying.
I have been force feeding her. Our feeding time is always messy.

pls someone help me, my Pcv is really low and i have tried to boost it up with both prescribed blood tonic, ugwu n malt n milk...i really dnt like vegetables bt i am ready to start taking plenty of it. pls what else can anyone suggest to me.
secondly, hw is this pregnancy even calculated? my scan around 5th of november says i am 35weeks, then today it is saying 36weeks plus some days..is it not supposed to be calculated weekly..i am just confused..kindly help a first time mom.

On the dry throat stuff, keep taking water consistently and orange as well. But don't go overboard with the orange. I usually limit my intake to one or 2 oranges a day.

Wow. 13months. Have you tried couching her to crawl. Like position her in that crawl position and move her yourself. Do this often. With time she may pick up herself.Thats how I taught my daughter. Though fear is far from her, I could she was already attempting to do those things by her self. I only guided her and encouraged her

Where I come from, a baby whose mother died while giving birth is strictly on coconut water. It is preferred to formula. Na oyibo bring formular come. We had our ancient means.

How did I ever forget herbal Steaming herbs for scanty flow.
Try it also if you can afford it.
