4: I did pap smear in 2016 after the birth of my daughter, do I still have to repeat another one.

They do that a lot. Only few doctors insist for infection test before hsg. When I did early this year, what the centre insisted on was just HIV test. The place I did 2 yrs ago didn't even test for any.

Thank you do much.However the gyne did not tell me about any infection.If I am to go for test to treat infection what test would that be please.I noticed since I finished my period discharge has been coming out of me although not offensive odour but I have never had it and this happened after I did the HSG am kind of confused.

Lol. Till date my hubby is still traumatised by that night. My son cried all night, fever and was cranky. He only slept when i carried and danced around. By the next day, he slept all day. Good thing was he still managed to suck.

10weeks was a walk in the park for me sha. No crying, just slightly raised temperature, which lasted for 2days ans pcm took care of that. He slept well and ate even better.

Sorry to break ur heart....yes it wld be same...its tmthe "penta" vaccine that cause most of the crakinessssss...ensure u give ur baby pcm drops for the increase in body temperature..
By the following day, urbaby wld be back to his or her normal self...

It will get better. I know people say not to lie baby pn stomach but at such times i used to lie on the stomach o. He slept way better.

Mamas please how long must I sit on hot water to be guaranteed that my V is completely healed?

My baby is six weeks old. I gave birth with a tear and I was stitched. I did seat bath for 4weeks and stopped. But recently, I started feeling some pain inside my V, especially whenever I bend down to pick something. I don't know If I should resume the seat bath again.

Everything is fine.
For castor oil massage
Apply After AF till ovulation
You will bed during O so no need to do afterwards as you will be on your 2ww.I always massaged with CleanPoint herbal tampon inserted


As for how it is done.
In order not to waste your oil
Just take enough quantity and massage generously on your lower abdomen.
Cover with a flannel( Any absorbable light material)
Place a nylon over the flannel
Place a towel next is the hotness of the bottle is much. You can remove when the heat comes down a bit.
Then Place your Water bottle over( you must have filled your water bottle with hot water before now)Water bottle are sold in maternity shops , I bought mine in lagos traffic then.
Cover with a towel.
Careful so you don't burn yourself. Check the cover of water bottle well, ensure its not dropping any water when you lay it down.

I usually do mine towards bed time. It has a soothing effect. You may likely sleep off while at it.

I'm just worried, it's been 18months already.
