A drum of 20lts will cover about 4-5rooms of size 12*12ft if the wall is well prepared.

You can use any size of tiles on wall so far it’s handle by a good tiler with proper supervision
With good gum cement ( preferably) for bigger size of tiles

Yes i wont deny that from u . Your quote came highest in all but ironically it became the quote that matched my outcome . It was said the land is dry and someone said 7m from foundation to decking, i was happy to start but until i got in then it was seen that the land is waterlogged and that was the game changer , escalated from budget of 7m to 12.2m to decking.

Oga , Your not an engineer and knows nothing about building. Always responding sarcastically when people says there cost . Always believe the cost spent on building esp foundation as cost is variable and all land conditions are not same .Respectable member here gave me a quote of 12.7m to erect from foundation to decking without his professional fee .When I received it , i doubted it and decided to buy all materials by myself and labour as i was feeling his quotation was much but i must confess i hv spent very very closely to that amount to achieve foundation to decking . So mind ur language at times as meself no get joy now .

Please, is it necessary to chain all the wall of a 3bedroom flat with lintel?

Actually the primary purpose of lintel is to cover the opening void top area to receive block or brick
There are others material aside concrete to cover such area I.e specially made thick plastic, steel beam, reinforced concrete.

So it’s not compulsory to chain it round but if you have enough money to do so then you can go ahead to do so it’s will gives some secondary purposes.

More so if you have columns in the building and you chain it round it will help to transfer load to the columns then from the columns to the soil strata

Everything depends on budget and choice of materials, the thickness is about 0.50mm but when coated it become more thicker and rugged

The pics below shows different types of inspection chambers.

The conventional method of using brick, cement and slab (Pic. 1) and then there’s the PVC inspection chamber (Pic. 2 & 4) and of course there’s precast manholes (Pic. 3) too.

If you ask a plumber why he’s using brick, his explanation will be “that’s how it’s done” or “it’s the best way.”

Now ask the same person what can the brick type of inspection chamber do that a PVC type can’t do.
Also considering the time, effort and the installation costs, a PVC inspection chamber is a cheaper alternative and lot more reliable option for modern builds.

It’s pretty easier to install PVC inspection chambers.

You don’t have to break slabs to inspect the chamber in case there’s blockage. You just need to open the lid and that’s it. No stress or sweat.

You are very correct.
Pvc chamber is available in the mkt but it’s not something you can easily get like that.
But indomie generation plumber doesn’t know that such are available but Old men plumber know this.
