Hello good people,
I need your advice on this please. I have a project that is at the plastering stage but my engineer said there is no need to plaster Bathroom, Toilet and Kitchen as because it will be covered by Tiles.
I do not think this is right but I might be wrong and I need your advice please.

The best approach is to plaster the wall why.

1. It’s used to correct any uneven wall surface before placing your tiles.

2. It will be easer to remove the tiles any time you needs to carry out renovation work.

3. During renovation work if the wall was not plastered before you will see that while removing the old tiles it will cheap away part of the block and create holes on the block which will cost another money to fix back.

This is my little knowledge about it as a builder

This type of aluminum windows couple with burglar proof is good but let’s see the diff to independent burglar proof.

Combine aluminum window with dependent burglar proof.
Advantages
1. Installation done ones, this will safe little workmanship cost.
2. It’s safe time, (installation process)
3. Little bit cheaper (optional).
4. Simplicity ( yes very simple looking)
Disadvantages
1. The design is rigid In most cases.
2. Beatification Added value to the building value is 4/10.
3. Ruggedly look [( to scare away burglars 5/10).

5.incase of repair or renovation the whole window needs to be put out.(optional).

Independent burglar proof bars
Advantages.
1. Varieties of designs(just too many to choose from)
2. Atheistic look (fine).it add more beauty to the building.
3. It case of repair or renovation only the burglar bars need to be remove (optional).
4 it’s always looks beautiful and rugged.
5.Installation is very simple.
6. It’s always simple to change the colour anytime you deem fit to your desired choice.
7.many type of steel design, sizes to choose while planning for this aspect of work.
8.it can be used any were in the building(window, door, lobby, stir ways etc
9. It’s can be done as stages work,this also give rest of mind in case of low inflow of cash. ( the burglar bars 1st then window comes later when fund is available.

Disadvantages
1. Little bit costly (optional)
2 it’s take more time to fabricate ( due to some designs).

Actually it’s good to separate it but I have seen it in many places even in some of our members house here both are combine together but in a bearable way.

The security house is something 8*8 rooms then toilet 8*4 the toilet shear wall with the generator house of 8*8 and the generator is medium size SOUND proof type.
