To me it will contain it perfectly ok, let’s assumed
-2 plot for the main hotel building
-1/2 plot for the service building area and the rest ( generator house, water treatment plant house, external store etc,
-1/2 plot for green area and swimming pole
- 1 plot for car park

I have made my point here on this matter (pop waste ) its the duty of my pop installer to clear and clean Any messed up component to certain level. Then if you like go to Eko hotel messed up there floor and leave it for them to pack its non of my biz

Cleaning is definitely not part of the scope of work for Pop workers. That's meant for the cleaners.

However, you can respectfully request them to clean up for you, before or after you've given the job.

Diverting poor Labour's balance after they've completed your job, just because they didn't clean up the site for you, is really not a kind thing to do sir.✓

You get it wrong brother, we are talking about pop waste product while they are working on site, it’s there full duty to clear all those rubbish on floor before they leave the site ,
Even my glass and doors if your messed up with it you will clean it for me bcs you met it in good condition.
Nobody asked them to do normal general cleaning of the house

If happed they didn’t pack it who’s responsibly to pack all that mess they did, is it bricklayer, electrician or tiller that will pack it ? It’s question to you,
If happed that others artisan left the site in such mode before there arrivals will be have good environment to work.

See all my worker either staff or I engage you it’s a deal btw us that you must clear your portion after you delivered your job.

Those guys, most especially the Togo, egun, are very dirty about this accept, cleaning of working place is not in there dictionary.
But me oo if you don’t clear and clean my site after pop I will give your balance to another Labour to do the needful. So they always cooperate with me.

I have seen what you guys called Cameroun sink in your area now, it’s totally different to Lagos tag cameroun sink, actually I do see this in eastern part but I don’t know you called it such name, it’s very nice

If so it’s diff to what we called Cameron sink here in Lagos then.
What we called Cameron sink here looks like aluminum sink designs it’s comes in different colours blue, green, black etc BUT different in material to real Aluminum

When a product is given a guarantee of 5yrs it doesn't mean it stops working after 5yrs.....remember what we are discussing is a cheaper alternative....
But its better to use the cameroon zinc than short span aluminium.
Those rusted roofs u see are not cameroon zinc, they are Nigeria zinc.

Do we have 2 or more types of Nigeria normal sink ( pan) why bcs I knew what I’m talking about or May be what we called here in Lagos as pan and Cameron sink is diff to another state and a bundle of pan( sink ) here is 15pcs

Cameron zinc is still viable choice and it has a life span of more than 10 years...
It is still a preferred choice to short span...
The issue there is that... Just like every other products, it has grades 1 2 3... Just go for the highest grade and feel at home...

Roof of 10yrs is NOT roof it’s beta to use Aluminum then , more so if I have the opportunity to get those Cameron sheet that got rusted in diff location as I said earlier I will take the pics and post it here.
Or May be the one in Lagos is diff shaaa bcs it’s NOT good at all

You are very correct baba, it will result to “wet rot problem” unless if the pipe are very thick and good product and leakage test carried out on such.

But generally you don’t need roof piping System for a bungalow just run your piping system through ground

The PAN colour is covered with dusts now. Put not rusted yet. The house is in another state from where I reside. I guess there are different grades of the roofing sheet. I bought mine 48k per bundle in 2015 and was told it is the highest grade.

If it’s 48k as at 2015 then it might be high grade as you said.
But the issue is that OP want low cost roofing and most of the one you will see out there are not good so its beta to look for another option

Let’s tell our self the truth Ikorodu’ in general doesn’t have good road compare to other part of Lagos, most of link road in Ikorodu’ are bad. Only few major road are ok. Let’s check it out

-Major road from mile 12 to ikorodu round about is very good.
-From ogolonto to ebute is ongoing (40pec completion)
-From general hospital to Ikorodu’ garage still ok ( but just 1km )
- from Ota-ona to Elepe is good

-All igbogbo road are bad ( just a new construction going on there ) only 1km done throughout these area where we have about 10 communities in this town ( igbogbo garage to bayeku is total BAD
Igbogbo to offin is total BAD all street link road are bad.

All road in odounguyon to Ogijo are totally BAD all link road in the community there are seriously damaged by trailer for years no repair on all these road
Only the MAIN EXPRESS FROM ILE EPO OBA to LASPOTECH down to ODONGUYON bus stop is ok some parts are yet to be completed on this road.also
All the link communities road there are BAD

Agric road back to Agbede where we have many communities link road are in shadow of there self

Let’s go back to IGBE LARA All the road there are bad there are about 4-5 communities in this area also.
Although their is one major road going on from igbogbo to connect this town since last 3yrs just about 4km road …….. still in 30pec completion

My brother don’t just go near that Cameron roofing sheet it’s not good at all, after 2-3yrs you will regret using it. Unless if the building is just temporary one that just need shelter, even if so you still have many options to this I.e
-old sink pan
-short bundle Low cost Aluminum
- asbestos (this is safe to use now ….talking about health issue)
