Lands in epe axis for agriculture cost between 1.5m or so per acre.
This is around at Augustine university.
But most factories and farmers choose to go to Ogun state, some places as far as 3 hours drive to Lagos.
Lands there cost 300k to 500k per acre.

Pls I will will to ask why people take that decision
Knowing fully well that cost of transportation to Lagos will tell

Actually it’s depends on individual and type of factory and the type of product to be produced.
I believed they might have
1 .check the sum of money to be invested in such project ( factory)
2, cumulative return in year(s)
And used such to determine there PAYBACK PERIOD
* A R R ( average rate of return )method
*p p ( peak profit ) method
With these method they will know the best deal either far ogun state land or Epe axis land to choose from.

But to me I will choose that Augustine university area.
The road that link IGBO NLA in ILARA back to IBOWON and OTEDOLA town area over FAR ogun state land
Bcs those area mentioned above in Epe axis will soon turn to new ogun/Lagos mega town/ village
That your land of 1.5m will become 10m per acre in few years
The far ogun state land like,
Ijebus area
Idowa
Emuren
Ijebu water side ( Abigi, Ibiade, iwopin)
Omu
Ilese
Imushin
Etc
We remains like that for years before it will grow

What happened in reality? He bought few marineboard and was using,removing, and reusing.

The 2nd and last paragraph. You are right.
But who does that always is a newbie or non professional in the build industry.

Bcs when you calculated the time and money he will spend while doing all this it will equivalent or more than to do it once.
At time you can do it to save cost if cleint payment doesn’t come once or if you have lesser workforce but at the end of the day it’s you contractor will suffer for it.

- time wastage
- stress
- little materials wastage (nails, binding wire, few planks
-additional labour payment ( concr you supposed to cast with 10 unskilled Labour and 2 skilled Labour for a day and paid once will be elongated to 3 days.

Simple calculation for a concr work per day for example

Unskilled Labour 10*3500=35,000
Skilled Labour 2*4000=8,000
Supervisor 7,000
Capenter 15,000
Total N65,0000

Example 3 days remover and reused
Day 1
Unskilled Labour 4*3,500=14,000
Skilled Labour 1*4000=4,000
Supervisor 7,000
Capenter 5,000
Total N30,000
* The last day which is 2 ( the money will be put on cost of plank remover, wastage of nails, binding wire etc)
FOR 3 TIMES 30,000*3=90,000

3 times 90,000 ( with a lot of stress ) with work delay

Once N65,000 ( a day stress) fast progress

You short your self N25,000 as a contractor here.
Your cleint make the gain.

Both serve different purpose.

Submersible it’s for bore hole
While surface pump is used to Transfer water and also used for very shallow WELL and Shallow bore hole
