The only challenge on this type is that you will need outside scaffolding to lay the cover block ( but to save cost you can use same scaffold for the outside plastering ) so you need to prepare for 2 work at a go

Quite a low estimate, I think. Especially with how inflation has made costs unpredictable.

@ 3nxt, this is another building we are producing also , with clean environment.
But bros it’s not easy to control Nigeria workers to do some stuffs BUT they have know me now with this cleaning attitude.
If you can’t do it after daily work then be expecting CUT PAY
