I can only recommend market location now, since it’s now become biz/ contract when you recommended someone, and I don’t want such contract of recommendation.

So mushin/ ladipo is the best place for you, enter the main mkt their and look for uche, Lola, Garba, speak with any of them to take you to there real ware house or store.
Don’t do like BIG man when you reach there, if not you will buy at high rate .

Some years back we are discussing termite solution, I told the prof “ dead dog solution” the prof ask me to prove it. If not …..
Me I kuku no say d tin dey work.

But my believed about It is that when the DOG decayed it will generate some chemical that will be like a poising to the termite and any other related insects in that particular area or in some distance

Paint 10k per drum
Pop 6k per square meter
Stainless railings 28k per linear meter
Tiles 3500 per sqm

I’m currently working on something similar in badore but quite larger.
The key strength of this building is its shared space: fully equipped 36sqm shared lounge and living facilities.

It has 3 units of 2 bedroom and 5 units of executive 1 bed apartment.

This one is just small apartment kitchen…. Mini flat we have 4 units of such in that building and 4 units of 2 bedrooms

This particular pics is a mini flat kitchen, we have 4 units of it and 4 units of 2 bedrooms flat in this building.
The 2 bedrooms kitchen are bigger in size than this .

Where are we going again in this country.

Reason why I ask my client to let us use block cabinet against fully HDF or mdf cabinet to save cost on this our medium finishings work on this project.
