Delete their numbers after every trip, so u don't get to message them via another means, to me I think it is unprofessional to message people after trip when they haven't forgotten something in your car. & please learn to ignore rude, arrogant & unreasonable people, they will never change. You just further fostered his rude attitude by sending him that message, he was supposed to message u for insulting u & apologize, not u messaging him again. It was totally unnecessary & doesn't tell well about the way u carry yourself.

So u can not just completely blame the driver for acting hesitant clicking the Confirm button because he is yet to receive his pay. @Nitigriti do not listen to this noisemaker, send d driver the 2600, when he comes tomorrow, u can balance him after the manual calculation. Drivers should learn to follow their instinct, u must not carry every rider. Once a situation turns out to be threatening & the rider is not cooperating with u, it is best u leave. So u don't end up paying 20k fine for 500 naira trip.
