Op must have said hurtful things out of emotion to bring out those tears. That is why the op conscience is judging him, read his post. We are talking about a 38 years old man. The op should apologize & tell him not to take what he said to heart.

For a grown man of 38 years to be crying when u were talking to him means u must have said some unpleasant things u couldn't say here. I will only advice u to be constructive on how you talk to him. Firstly he is your elder brother, don't allow your mother use you to disrespect him in very embarrassing manner, mothers are fond of doing this. This life no be one way oh, things can turn around, but don't speak out words that will not leave his heart for life. Advice him, but be constructive. If there is a way to help him, by getting him to learn driving, do it. You can pay for it & get him to learn it. I will also suggest u call him to apologize, tell him not to take whatever u said to heart, u only want the best for the him & d family. But don't say hurtful things when speaking to him next time

I think i won’t be eating this way when I become super rich. I’m eating this way because I stay alone and I am managing and there is no much food in my house. If I cook rice for example, I keep eating it through out the week till I finish before cooking something else.

Does it require u to stay in one place?
Try to exercise more, add cabbage & vegetables to your diet, include protein too. But try to walk more often. Like 20minutes to 1 hr walk for morning & evening

I eat six to eight times a day,my workout session will kill most humans. So I must eat well to regain energy. What I eat in a day mostly are moi moi,egg,pap and milk,oats,rice and vegetables,potato and vegetables.
My workout session include 300 press up,200 squat,25mins jogging,5mins intense run,100 sit ups,100 bench press,100 squat jump...

Someone earning 100k a month in Abuja has no business living in Gwarinpa or anywhere inside town. Maybe in Nyanya or Mararaba or Lugbe or Kubwa.

I am afraid there is almost no cost difference between house rent in gwarinpa & lugbe/kubwa of recent.

The average Abuja salary starts from 50-70k. 100k is considered a good pay in Abuja. Now which part of Abuja can you rent a decent 1 bedroom apartment with 200k(2 months salary)?

Nigerians in general are suffering from hyperinflation but nobody cares. Price of items keeps going up while salary remains constant. People now use their 3-5 months salary to pay as rent. In gwarimpa. A selfcon is between 900k-1m. How many Nigerians earn 500k monthly? Lol how many can even boast of 200k saved in their accounts at any point in time? We’re joking in this country.

PS: There’s a difference between Abuja and FCT. 😁😆. Gwarimpa, Garki, Maitama =Abuja
Nyanya, gwagwalada, bwari, Kuje =FCT.

Those saying 2 months salary for rent, I wonder where they are living, certainly not in a place like abuja. Even in the FCT, u can't get a decent accommodation for less than 400k/500k. The likes of garki & maitama are for politicians
