All I know is, if we paid something like N100000 per month in council tax..for everyone earning 200000 per month, you will see nice looking cities in Nigeria. The poor would be more invested in seeing their money is spent right, and the leaders won';t dare steal money.

The honest thing is, if our cities want to look good, either every resident in a Nigerian city pays a council tax of at least 100000 naira monthly to the city, or we accept what we have, because that is what we get from relying on just one income stream.
