Land location is behind Obasanjo farm in Ota ogun state.
What is the scope of d work? The attached plan seem like a two floor build, as I can see stairs. Why is there no reinforcement included in the quote?
From The pic u uploaded, crack was as a result of poor cement/sand mix ratio for mortar and weak blocks. U can see the existing blocks coming from d foundation looks stronger and are without cracks
dru23: [s]You need to focus your energy, on that rental you looking for.. Quoting me on nairaland only limits that energy .. ..redirect and refocus that can lead to better result[/s]...
How is it your concern if he decides to focus his energy on whatever that pleases him? Or u want to be his boss on nairaland for being on the same thread? Someone goes to a mall to buy a bread of less than 200 naira and thinks he or she is a boss? With this kind of mentality u can begin to imagine why we are where we are today as black nation. Often times I begin to wonder if there is a special place for Nigerians on nairaland travelling to USA? They all reason alike & their mentality is shocking to say the least. That was how one agbaya was always disturbing us in property section, wanting all the respect in the world trump wouldn't demand for, only for everyone to discover he was an empty vessel full of sh!t. U guys are worth nothing but will never allow anyone to hear word & same attitude I see reflecting in all your comments and I am wondering if there is a special place for u guys there where they tamper with your brain or inject some hard substance into u guys?
Muyi002: Thanks man. It's actually three courses block after lintel. All blocks after lintel from the inside is 3 course while the outside is 2 with parapet beam cast to make it 3. See photos of inside.
The columns from the pics u uploaded kind of look inadequate to support a parapet though
dru23: Madame Radauto, it is waste of time explaining customers service to these drivers. Most of them can't work in a customer service industry in the USA...
On these matter me and you can relate .. Due to the fact not only on education level, not saying uber drivers are not educated. but been exposed internationally .. Since some unfortunately has never travel out of the shore of Nigeria .. It will be very hard for them to relate to you....
@bold which USA are u talking about? If u are not an American citizen do not expect them to treat u same as one of their own. They know u are an immigrant probably with incomplete documentation, so they can trample on your right and nothing will happen. They don't treat their fellow citizen same way. I will encourage everyone to watch the video below to the end especially uber drivers, to see how the average American will react as an uber driver and how immigrants reacts. Most of these minor customer service jobs are done by immigrants, trust humans to always trample on their right, but it doesn't mean it is how things are done.
dru23: With these your attitude, it means you can't do uber in the USA or customer service related jobs.... Uber Drivers in the USA do get similar rude customers.. But it is how you handle them that matters.... And keep in mind your presentation matters.. Just because you do uber, does not mean you shouldn't look presentable .. How you carry yourself and present yourself is how people will take you serious.... If riders are asking you to do this and that ,and those things are not inline with uber's policy.. Just let the rider know what the policy is .. There is system in place to grade riders .. Than grade them , after all they are grading you too..
The average American driver in the USA don't tolerate what other drivers tolerate in other parts of the world. Except for immigrants doing uber over there. YouTube is there to back it up. They don't even tolerate rude talk in their cars, they kick u out of their car
radautoworks: Yes which is why he can fire him at will and yes which is why they need your consent to do anything. You ignored the part where I said there are also responsibilities on their part.
@bold No u are mixing it all up, termination is not limited to Sowore alone, Falana can also decide to back out at anytime. There is a difference between a client and a boss, a customer and a boss. Your client can't be your boss, your customer can't be your boss. If in the middle of a trip the rider feels uncomfortable with a ride, the rider can terminate the trip, same apply to drivers, if the driver also feels uncomfortable, he can kick the rider out of his car
One does not negate the other. Yes, they paid to be the boss from point A to B but even bosses have rules of decorum. It's the reason why bosses shouldn't be slapping employees. They are still in charge but are expected to behave a certain way. This is the service industry. If one cannot humble themselves and give service, they are in the wrong industry. This is the wrong industry for someone who wants to be in charge all the time.
@bold just see what u are saying? They paid to get good service not to be the boss Is Sowore a boss to Falana because he hired him to defend him in court? Do u pay to be the boss when u go to hospital for treatment? You people make it sound as if only riders are doing drivers a favour, it is a two way thing. They are both doing each other a favour. The rider needs the driver to get to his destination, just like we all need the services of another to achieve something, like hiring a lawyer to defend me in court doesn't make me his boss. A friend called me last night he was stranded and all drivers were declining his request because of his location distance, when u find yourself in such a situation, only then u will know u are doing no driver a favour but yourself
xana101: Traffic today at lekki is mad. Just got home (gbagada) at about 3am. My last trip from vgc to admiralty. From 9pm to 2:30pm almost 6 hours. Trip end at N7,500. I was sleeping at d traffic. The babe sleep go. Thank God she wore very bad/short gown. If not she for enter bike or trek home.

Please help a brother with family, pikin and oga landlord no understand daddy no get work ooh they must eat and go to school and rent must be paid. NEPA, LAWMA, security and other bills are all pilling up I really need help and urgently.
I thought Gazzuzz introduced car swap deal recently U can contact him
fairfora: No. He has established clients as well, like I said , whom he takes to the airport and picks up on arrival. This service is off uber business but he met them via uber. He doesn't charge them uber fee. He already has their numbers. He closes 6pm everyday. In whatever business you do, just be praying for God's favour. Most of these clients are oil and gas people whom he goes to drop off in their offices on the island. Trust is everything in business which I think he has established with them. Hes adding an SUV to the business, for a robust uber service which uber has added in its app. It's for a category of clients.
fairfora: my cousin makes up to 25k daily from uber. He just added another car. Apart from the uber business. He has some established clients whom he met through the uber business. He goes to pick them up and drops them off as well. This is off uber app though. There was a mass sack in the bank where he worked, which affected him. he has been doing uber business with his savings since then...he started early 2018
Impactfultemmy: Hello my people, Wch one is better btw Danfo and Uber Business.Pls state ur reasons
The issue with danfo is the stress Not everyone doing uber can do danfo as regards agbero wahala. If u are not the troublesome type, u are going to find it difficult, troubles from passengers, agberos, name it, it will frustrate u, but uber is more private. At least u get meet reasonable riders with less troubles
olaboy33: [s]I understand Buhari is constantly abusing Human Rights of which I'm in no support of.
But what baffles me here is if these US senators have Nigeria as part of their jurisprudence or maybe they don't have relevent issues to America to discuss in their congress.
Enough of these playing of big brother when they do even worse and cover it up in the name of America.
Nigeria is no kid for Pete's sake, we can handle our affairs. China and Turkey is there for them to raise concern over[/s].
RichDad1: Those that helped him are queuing behind Iyamu this time around. Even at that, the margin was around 50k As it stand today, Obaseki can’t defeat Ize Iyamu both in free and rigged elections.
ORIENTATION101: Obaseki will be shitting in hispants now Remove oshomole led federal govt machinery
obaseki cant beat ize iyamu if election is conducted 100 times
Ize iyamu is a grassroot politician with huge followership, his detection to Apc has rendered pdp impotent in Edo cos alot of pdp Chieftains defected with him.
Obaseki should move to pdp and test his popularity cos he is not getting Apc ticket next year
@bold really? How come Obaseki defeated him the last time?
falcon01: this country still fighting for politicians. to fix this problem, we need to go stop Poor people from giving birth to too much children, if you can't give them proper training dont give birth. no intelligent person will go and die for a politician.
The bold is the major problem facing this country but people don't know. If every Nigerian parent can give his child basic educational training, there wouldn't be much evil like we have today. Education is very important for every one
@ Freshprince91 I think u misconstrued Felicity001 comment. He was trying to be jocular which made his comment to seem like a facetious remark. @ felicity001 no need to take it personally, it is just a case of misunderstanding
shugaboy6102: Really am not talking even based on the new lady I met, what am asking is are we legally married? and if so do we keep enduring each other and for how long. Should I stay with her out of convenience because of what people in my church will say, my neighbours, friends, colleagues etc. Do we keep tolerating when we both know it was out of passion and youthful exuberance that landed us both in this. Oh God help me because my life is in a mess I hope someone understands me
When did u meet the new lady? I am suspecting something
shugaboy6102: I am full of unhappiness and pain and I don't want to live a life of endurance and pity. Pls nobody should pressure you into getting married, marriage is not a license to live a happy life. If you are single, I envy you.
If the above statement is true, why do u want to rush into another one? Will the world end if u give yourself some time to think this proper? U people never learn...
