I just joined a company as an accountant two months ago. When I resume I realise that all their posting is upside down with billions of naira in the ledger bank account to mention a few. I have corrected them, but the only problem I have is that the brother of the owner is the one buying and dispensing the diesel without receipt and how it was distributed. Before you say jack, he has bought another one. He is doing that because he is a sales person and when he sells he uses the money to do expenses as approved by his brother.

The MD wants the analysis of the diesel but no record. I have reported him to the MD but still want me to explain to him the way I want it which I have done several times without yielding.

I need your advice on what I can do. I have a meeting with the diesel brother tomorrow.

Oga them go whine you for here o. Better take that job nothing wrong with working on public holidays knowing that it’s a mart and mostly holidays they even make more sales. Secondly the increment issues can be resolved when you resume work. Don’t start acting greedy from day one cause people here that will advice against the job will gladly take a pay cut to fill in the same role.

It can happen in a saner climes, but such doesn't happen in Africa, because they are now family member..

So they should desist from marrying each other, except the parent would leave each other for the sake of their children, that's if the parent have not had anything together with each other...

My situation is a bit unique.
I'm an orphan without close family to turn to, and as an only child, my options are limited. I'm currently living and working with someone who requires me to attend their church, so asking my Boss or colleague for help isn't an option.
I realize this is an unusual way to ask for help, but we are in a difficult situation.
