Coldhubs limited is a terrible place to work. If you come 2 minutes late ,they will deduct 20,000 naira from your salary. No structure,no leave, no work life balance, their finance guy is the one running things there. The company is a mess.

I wouldn't say Nigeria is overpopulated since we're not even among the top 5 most populated in the world, the only issue is that we have a comatose industrial sector and there's not enough commercial activities going on.

If we had stable power supply with thriving industries, even foreigners would join the work force despite our population.

A lot of the entrepreneurs trying to provide jobs are being frustrated by poor government policies and multiple taxation, that's why some bosses are frustrated and their staff are not enjoying benefits. If you observe, most of the people complaining here were working for small businesses, whereas they don't know the struggles their own bosses are going through to stay afloat, but I don't condone a toxic working environment.
