properties4sale:Mr Thinker, Can you swear with your life that in Nigeria, for every 20 idiots, there's only 1 reasonable person? How did you get to that silly conclusion? How many states in Nigeria witnessed lootings? How many zones in those states? You allow a culture of gangsterism to flourish in your enclaves, then you use that as an excuse to tar the whole population with the same brush? You are wrong.. Hoodlums are everywhere and once there is a very serious breakdown of law and order for days, they will all wriggle out of their holes to do damage. It's the case in America, in Brazil, in China and in Russia! In China, if your mobile phone drop to the floor and you didn't look back to pick it up in ten minutes, it's gone! Ask around.. Now, that doesn't mean those societies are dominated by closet criminals.. |
So is the gas pipeline to Niger republic part of the ongoing projects the president told them to complete first? How about the new rail tracks to buharis ancestral home in Zinder via Marada in the same Niger republic? The two projects alone are worth well over 5 billion dollars! That's for another country while a segment of your own country hasn't experienced that... How does that prove Buhari to be very altruistic and patriotic? |
helinues:They're still killing your people at Fagba... They said your brethrens corpses were used to litter the streets of Fagba.. |
Is there any country without thieves? So because there are thieves in America, in Singapore, in China or Japan.., that means the remaining good citizens should expect a government of looters?? What kind of daft analogy is that? |
Sometimes, these things happen by mistake ooo, sometimes, because of influences or naivety! You should not killl the lady because of that.. |
600 years for those of you who derailed this thread... |
Justice Mamman Nasir boundary adjustment commission, carved out a lot of igbo communities, some with reasonable oil deposits,(Egbema axis) and practically "dashed" these communities to the Diette-spiffs of the then Rivers State. It was part of a plan to hem in the interior Igbo communities while hacking off the oil communities at the periphery. Also as a juicy compensation for the minorities who fought with the federal forces..It might interest you to know that one Obasanjo, was the Head of State then. He is today playing the good man. . These communities are responsible for a large chunk of the oil funds accruing to Rivers State from onshore wells, but this seldom reflects in these communities.. During the Jonathan's regime, Amaechi went to war with Jonathan over this after Jonathan reverted some oil wells in these communities back to Imo.., part of the reasons the cabals trusted Amaechi so well to enroll him into APC at the initial stages. Folks in these communities have been severely marginalised! Things haven't changed under Amaechi and Wike, the later being so uncouth and vindictive. Remember him calling the state APC chairman "that Igbo boy"? Their roads and other infastructure are bad, their leaders are always insulted. In recent years, they have become more inclined to ipob activities because of the internal marginalisation going on..Kanu had some of his biggest rallies in these areas those days... The relationship between them and the Hausa fulani settlement in their communities hasn't been rosy either.. |
hunter21:Exactly! It worked. At least for the moment..They withdrew the security apparatus, unleashed thugs and hoodlums on the people and as thingsgot out of hand, people have to beg the government to deploy the police.. |
Eastlink:Nkîta ara.. |
Damikjay:Sanwo-Olu was totally aware! Otherwise, his government wouldn't have told Tinubus sons advertising company to off the lightening! They wouldn't have removed the CCTV cameras too.. Personally, when I sensed they were preparing for a massacre was when I heard that Sanwo-Olu moved the time for the curfew from 4pm that day to 9pm, while the Americans and the British hurriedly closed their embassies.. Those weren't some sort of coincidence if you know how it works. The government was ready to kill off the protesters in the dark and the western countries here, with their intelligence network knew something disastrous with unpredictable reactions was in the offing... |
Davash222:These guys are mean spirited... The brazen utilization of tribalism as a tool to wage all sorts of political wars during this protests, by the APC in power , shows just how utterly evil and despicable these guys truly are... |
gudia3933:Send money to whom? Is he a father Christmas? |
They will loot every Kobo.... Owambe tinz.. Every situation provides an opportunity to loot... |
Jakumo:Many Nigerians in Chinese prisons have become victims of this.. |
Throwback:The way we were looked at before these events will be totally different from the way we will be looked at after... Reminds me of the aftermath of the NADECO vs Abacha confrontations.. Nigeria never recovered from the PR disaster that came with that scuffle... |
Youthleader22:You understand what I was talking about.. so many posters seem to have misread what I posted earlier... They are so shortsighted! Even Asari is still collecting money for pipeline security! How can you be given money to protect a pipeline that robs your home town of it's resources, while you watch the government use the same resources to develop other areas? Does that make sense? Apart from illustrating how daft and corrupt the so called freedom fighters are? |
This whole episode is saddening on a different level.. Nigeria is being "demarketed" as a result of all these negative attention. I mean, deu to Buhari and Burutais intrasigence, Nigeria is now trending worldwide for all the wrong reasons and the daftheads running this country don't even seem to care... Traveling around the world and seeing Nigerian music stars drawing respect for the country deu to their talents, Nigerian movies pratically dominating the scenes both in Africa and the carribean, Nigerian soccer stars and writers making everyone proud! Then this!? Buhari is a huge mistake and those who imposed him need to be purnished severely for inflicting this mess on all of us! Most of these international black stars have been forced into an uncomfortable situation where they have to quickly "transit" from crying over white police brutality on blacks in their domain to now fighting black police brutality against fellow blacks in one queer African country called Nigeria! The white establishment in these countries must be chuckling! It's well... |
Zionmdde:Don't mind that confused fellow.. |
felzokugo:We are saying the same thing! The "thouht" here is saying it's wrong for the Niger Delta militants to accept pipeline security contracts and be paid by foreigners who lift the oil and develop other areas at the detriment of the host communities in the Niger Delta.. They should fight for full control of their resources just like the people of zamfara are doing with their gold...ok? |
wingmanIII:He needs to be flogged for even attempting to have such a dream.. |
nengibo:Thank you sir.. |
Yebosola:Good morning and Happy Sunday.. |
Ebenezar2O21:You can change Akpabios name with that of any ijiot politician from Calabar and proceed to break his head...., Anything, but leave the innocent gals alone.. |
Jokers gaurding pipelines that drain oil from their lands angling for more security contracts with empty threats... |
sapientia:The elephant in the room is the fact that nobody wants to call a spade a spade as it regards the army of hooligans in Lagos. And by that I mean the activities of such cult groups like the Awawa boys and the one million boys. These groups consisting of thousands of highly uncouth and ruthless boys showed their hands initially, during the lockdown lootings and easily overpowered the police. It was the vigilantes that saved the day. Folks were not lucky this time. Their wanton looting, sort of set the template that turned the looting of everything in sight into a part of the protest nationwide. Personally, I have made the decision to never support any revolt again that will include these people! It's heartbreaking, to see peoples hard earned resources looted in few minutes! If Lagos can't get a grip on her wayward youths, taking into consideration how big Lagos is in such issues,a folks to find alternative ways of expressing general national discontent next time.. I hate creating new problems while solving another.. |
MrMaestro:So why are you disturbing igbos with ipob talks if you know all these? Go and harrass kanu and let igbos be naa.. |
[quote author=MrMaestro post=95304104]Even igbos are confused at the targeting of Tinubu. The truth is coming to light. It was done by Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB. You can hear the audio from radio biafra here. But when yorubas bring this up ppl are saying we're being tribal. He has mobilized his terrorist followers to be parading his talking points all over social media. is as legitimate a target as say Amaechi who was beaten by ipob in Spain or ekweremadu, who was beaten by ipob in Germany! Those ones never contracted one Adeyinka godson to fight their battles.., never ethnicised the issues..These are political actors whose actions or inactions have effected Nnamdi kanus constituency negatively! If Tinubu wants kanu to stop mentioning his name, he should also stop imposing religious radicals and polarising characters as presidents over kanus constituency! As long as Tinubu is still very visible in national politics, he is a legitimate target and will always be viciously attacked for contributing to the mess that is Nigeria today! |
Where did the igbos come to tell you that they are after Tinubu? Did ohanaeze tell you that? Nnamdi kanu talks about Tinubu the same way he talks about Okorocha or Uzodinmma or Wike or Amaechi or Buhari! Same way, because they instituted a government that has killed thousands of young Igbos! Period! I don't know where you get the impression that igbos go to meetings over Tinubu, unless you listen a lot to Tinubu media hirelings who seem to humor themselves with an oversized impression of their slave master.. |
There were far more bigger protests in the east during the Nnamdi kanus rallies, but it never degenerated to attacking private businesses and markets and malls.. I mean, tens of thousands passing through open markets without a single act of looting in places like Onitsha and Aba..Lagos has to do something about these cult boys otherwise everybody there is in trouble. The lockdown and these protests have revealed this. I hope one can make that point without being labelled a tribalist..,Folks can choose to ignore the obvious but it's a real problem! |
Shoot all the Awawa boys and one million boys there.. They torpedoed this revolution with their uncanny Agberoism.. |
"I can show you, There is a evidence.."
|
They just want to flood the whole place with fulani hersdmen and ex Boko Haram fighters who can't say ordinary"come" in English.. |
