Boss, you need to send them mail ASAP! This is what I did myself and I go AD in 60+ mins. Send me mail and I'll send you the email addresses you need to send to. I hope you indicated on the official booking webpage that you have a scholarship and you also input the name of scholarship sponsors.

What are you waiting for? Book for interview immediately and also send the embassy mail with your information and booking number. Don't forget to attach your scholarship award letter.

Make copy(copies) of them and then certify or notarize

Kindly refrain from confusing people. The embassy did not say new enhanced E-passport or new Harmonized E-passport. They said E-passport.
A lot of people are already worried with this! Whether old passport or new, as long as it is still valid, IT IS AN E-PASSPORT. please check with authorities to confirm what you are saying. It is unfair to bamboozle people for whatever reason.
Meanwhile, I travelled with my E-passport (the old one) last December to France and Germany. There was nothing like this we are arguing about.
E-passport is E-passport regardless of the old or new status and it is VALID as long as the expiry date borne on the data page has not elapsed.

Don't be confused please and don't confuse others.

I sent in my application February 27th. AL came in April 24th.

Thought we were told ro cancel and rebook after April 1st, even the April 1st won't work as the visa section is closed called their number they told me that, and said I shouldn't book until they are back, even the new guideline for category A has not been implemented because of the break everything is stalled, I think we might have to book again when everything has been OK with the embassy. We have to apply caution.

check if its possible to do ur enrollment online, if yes its possible, use middle of December as start date and do ur enrollment online and when going to the embassy for interview go along with ur enrollment certificate as prove that you have done ur enrollment

After a long wait , after when all hope is lost . AD just show up 1.59pm. 4-9-2019.

Honestly with this deadline you won't get a date unless someone cancels their appointment and the embassy gives you their slot (the chances of this happening is very slim but with God all things are possible). So, my advice is that you get an extension till December or ask if your school will allow you to enrol online. Then you cancel and rebook.
