3. Judgement is not uniform or commensurate when far more mightier theft convicts are involved.

There is alot of problem is justice is delayed (or incapable (deliberately or not)) or haphazardly passed because the parties involved are perceived low class citizens.

Imagine you are a foreigner that has chosen Nigeria as a place to settle. Think about your minimum living conditions... Now compare that living condition with you as a citizen on your said country...
