What long time? South Africa was built on gold - and has collapsed without it. Gold built South Africa for like 100yrs. You were like the Saudi Arabia of Minerals. But look - you allowed the Jews to finish everything and leave you chasing Africans round if not stealing from each other. All diamonds and gold went. Now platinum - who cares about platinum. It's like your dirty coal. Austine1213: |
You're splitting hairs m.oron. South Africa should be around there in urbanization - it a middle class - and as you like NIC. Ghana are still feeding on rodents as a delicacy. Austine1213: |
But do you see any wealth - in Ghana? Gold is like minning money literally. They account only 9B dollars - while everyone is reporting more than twice that - from Ghana. And we haven't talked about Anglo Ashanti smuggling. Tanzania claimed to have found Barrick Gold smuggling so much. This is Ghana without even a GOLD REFINERY of serious note. It appears Anglo Ashanti still ships gold concentrate to South Africa. TayserMahrii: |
Of course - but Ghana one - looks hideous. Austine1213: |
The jews are done mining with all the gold. Start filling up the pits. Austine1213: |
Kenya is right where it should be urbanization wise. You country has - I think thanks to military rule - shifted from rural areas to urban areas - mostly I bet for security. Look at china - they are at 50-60% South Africa around them same. And these are middle-income countries. Ghana, Nigeria, DRC congo and name any of those countries who face turmoil that forced people to shift to urban slums - are NOT developed. Accra or Kumasi has the infrastructure of a city of 100K people. Just30: |
I am serious...there is nothing artist about that building..it looks hideous. Here is kenya's artistic kind of places. 1) Nairobi National museum 2) National Theatre Nairobi Just30:
|
Exactly. Ghana has overtaken South Africa. Jews has shifted base. But Ghana looks so hideous. Gold and such precious metals built Southern Africa countries...despite the Jew taking like 95% of the cream. But look at Ghana - world leading gold producer - and arguably one world poorest country. Just look at pictures of Accra, Kumasi and their slumpolis. Nigeria look MILES ahead. TayserMahrii: |
So a chinese can smuggle an escavator right inside the forest - but after getting the precious little gold - he will go and tell you Central Bank - here I found gold - tax me - You and Vaxx are without a doubt the daftest people I had the misfortune of meeting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohrrE1rjzLo&t=42s Just30: |
Watch the video - that is huge area - Kiambu is a county - what do you mean 30 homes. samorobo: |
HIDEOUS. Is Ghana that bad. vaxx: |
Here is you Maya boy. Gold, Diamond and etc - are so tiny - you can smuggle serious gold in just a handbag. If Chinese can "sneak" into the forest - with huge diggers and escavators - in people cooca farms - and you think - the Central Bank of Ghana has scanners in all exit - that detect gold being smuggled by Chinese ![]() It like claiming no drugs can get in or out of any country. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFb7K0mc98A |
You cannot control 5,000 Chinese entering with ESCVATORS and DIGGERS -but you can control tiny quantities of gold being smuggled in bags! Are you Ghanians Cogentially daft. I have never seen such foolish people like I have seen of Ghanaians here. You cannot even control a Chinese entering your f.cking PROTECTED forest with escavators and guns - and you think you can control how they smuggle the gold to gold exchanges in Switzerland, Dubai and China. What is wrong with you West Africans ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Are you even humans or just primates?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9QzwKjMNsc Just30: |
Dubai is even worse. Dubai reports about 17B dollars from Africa - with about 5B thought to be from Ghana - as discrepancy btw what those countries report as gold exports - and what is actually sold in gold exchanges. TayserMahrii: |
In short you're embarrassed to post your slumpolis. Just30: |
We have been asking pictures of your Slumpolis or videos - and we have seen nothing but slums. Share pictures or videos... Just30: |
MI16 are not police but CIA - Secret Intelligence. Police is for internal security. Why would you need them a Gestapo? Just30: |
Just because you have small housing estate in Akosombo dam for electricity workers - cannot me an you can compare with Kiambu - with 2.5M people - which form of Nairobi Metro. Just30: |
Do you even have army. I told you entire budget for security sector cannot even finance our Intelligence Officers. Your army basically dependent on Koffi Annan for gigs in United Nations. Kenya army of 25,000 with budget of 1.2B dollars is one of Africa best. Our paramilitary police can beat you army 10 NIL. No doubt about that. Just30: |
Only a banana republic has secret police. Secret Intelligence yes. In any case your police are so useless the army do basic stuff. Just30: |
Nairobi Metro alone is better than anything in Nigeria or Ghana. Kiambu county https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwrP0H_hkoU |
Our police forces are corrupt and indisciplined - but your Army is basically like our police force - and like they have done severally - when they took power - they are the biggest threat to your existences. You army are like Nigeria - a militia that are out there harrasing civilians. They beat up your police force . They were expelled in South Sudan recently for raping 36 womens. This can never happen in Kenya and many countries - deploying Military to deal with COVID-19 This latest news.. Residents in the Kumasi Metropolis and its environs will remember Friday, March 27 2020, as a day on which indiscipline attitudes were met with radical responses from personnel of the Ghana Army during the turn of the metropolis for disinfection of markets there in the wake of the spread of the coronavirus disease to the country.. Just30: |
In Kenya - a great deal of that is secret - Security Committee swear an oath to secrecy and all the records are redacted. The media do get an hand of them once in a while - but generally some items are redacted or hidden even for the audit or parliament. There is a great deal of corruption in the entire Kenya security sector because of this. We need to get to South Africa advanced level. jl115: |
If you search for Kenya auditor general and military - you'll find some many scandals unearthed. Only in Ghana and Nigeria with history of coups do the military enjoy IMPUNITY. Example 1. The office of the Auditor General after an audit of the books on military expenditure at the Department of Defense (DoD) for the financial year 2013-2014 has discovered among other things that department of defense has no record to substantiate millions of money used to finance trips of its officers, pay per diems and clear said military goods from Mombasa. https://www.kenyans.co.ke/news/kenyan-military-fresh-scandal-misuse-millions-public-funds |
Even in Kenya - Defence forces had tried to ring-fenced certain budget lines - but Kenya Judiciary ruled everything is auditable. https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/news/Auditor-General-free-to-audit-security-organs/539546-4307614-fcj1cy/index.html jl115: |
Public knows. Parliament knows a lot more. Parliament sub committee on security (who have to take a oath) get to know nearly all of it. The defence ministry and president obviously know everything. The auditor-general is free to audit the entire budget. Military generals get indicted for corruption and are fired. For example: Auditor General Edward Ouko has queried the purchase of 32 Armoured Personnel Carriers (APCs) by the Kenya Defence Forces at Sh1.1 billion. Just30: |
In your 60 yrs of existence...half was under military dictatorship. You're known for being better than Nigeria. The public KNOWS and ought to know how the taxes is spent. What is a secret is how the money is spent....but everyone knows what the Ministry of Defence, Internal Security, and various security organs have been allocated. vaxx: |
Exactly. That mirrors Kenya. You cannot have rogue military without civilian oversight. Mzal3ndo: |
Your total security budget that I saw was 550M Ghana cedis. That is like 100M dollars. You're hidding behind black budget because we know you spend very little in security. So much 5,000 Chinese gangs have invaded your country and carted away gold worth 5B dollars every year for 10yrs. That is a whopping 50B dollars gone to Chinese gangs. They go back to China and build their cities with your money. And then Anglo Ashanti is doing the rest...I doubt you have intelligence enough to figure out the Jews gangs. At least South Africa used their gold to build Johannesburg - but look at Ghana - your biggest town is hideous. Just30: |
Let me tell you about Kenya. The public KNOW the total budget for security sector - including major breakdowns. The parliament's budget committee and security committee get to see the breakdown - because they have to approve it. The money goes to the budget controller - and she get to see how the money is spent - but the military or security - don't need to disclose what they buy.The IFMIS - Public Finance MIS - will have military and security spending. The military has an internal audit. The internal security are under Auditor-General. The Auditor-General will get to audit the security budget. They can be denied access to somethings but generally they get to see the big picture. Parliament PAC - Accounts Committee - can summon civilian oversight of military - in kenya we have defence ministry with Minister/Cabinet Secretary and PS - to answer queries regarding security budget. So there is a great deal of oversight. What you're describing in Ghana is BANANA republic. Just30: |
You're just a banana republic. Military and security is audited in most modern countries. In kenya Auditor General can and does audit the military. The audit doesn't have to be revealed to the public. But if army is found to have being corrupted - the ministry of defence (civilian) - will ask the general to take actions - or they will get fired. Civilian oversight of the military is common in modern countries but countries like Ghana or Nigeria where the military are a rule unto themselves. Their militia has to be bribed to stay in the barracks. vaxx: |
Continue praying for oil. I heard you break-even price is 57 dollars. samorobo: |
