The person I quote made an error by saying regions instead of states as stated by the constitution. The 24 States plus FCT must not be evenly spread across all geopolitical zones which means that Obi need not to secure 25% in any State in North East or North West as the case may be just like Tinubu did not secure 25% of any South Eastern States.

If it is about region and not States then Tinubu did not get the "stipulated minimum" in South East. If what he got from South East is the so called stipulated minimum according to you, then Obi met the same requirement in every region.

May be LP also rigged out Enugu State Governor from his Senate's Ambition . LP rigged in South East with which structure? LP that did not have even common LGA Counsellor. May be LP also rigged Lagos and Abuja With APC massive structure in the whole Southern Nigerian Tinubu only defeated Obi with just 55,278 votes. Without structure Obi secured 1.2million votes from the North outside that of Abuja. Atiku with his massive structure got only 1.7million votes from the South. Abeg make una try to respect Obi, Obi is a man. No structureless party in the history of Nigeria have come close to what Obi did. Obi changed the status quo. This is the first time a President will emerge with meagre 8million votes.

That is South East voting pattern for ages. Sitting ruling party governors will rig their State up to 25-40% total as may be seen in Imo and Ebonyi. By the way there is no structure for Obi to use to rig the election. LP crashed Enugu Governor's Senate ambition, can you also count it as rigging? You can as well ask INEC to cancel that of the North because Obi got ridiculous numbers. South West have always been divided because of the number of other tribes in South West States.
