Can we see a picture of the box it came in, it could be that you had a global rom flashed or that the seller actually sent you a global version instead of the chinese version.

Yeah i started noticing a drop in call volume on sunday, tried rebooting and it's the same thing. Sometimes it comes back on, other times it becomes very low. But when I use a headset of speaker it works okay
