If you have enough funds for Estonia, then it's worth it. I always advise people to choose EU and Schengen countries. Although Turkey is also a good choice.

I can tell you the reason if you ask me.....My Landlord is an associate prof....when he went to USA for his PhD Program....he was employed as a lecturer along side to take the undergraduate student....he said the life of every lecturers lies in the hands of student because at the end of each semesters, a portal will be opened for the students to rate their lecturers and anyone of the lecturers that students comments bad about him or her....he is a goner ....though dey are better than our wicked lecturers here in every bit

So true, it same in EU. The students are mandated to give a feedback at the end of every semester. The lecturer with the bad rating get a warning, students can as well report any irregularities or misconduct of any lecturer to the Dean and appropriate measures are taken....omo come see lecturers dey apologize to students
