Does that mean one have to present both ielts academics and gre general test results or just ielts is enough....please I'll appreciate Urgent response...thanks alot

Maybe cos of my sponsors details. It was a company's account and on the reference letter it was indicated he is "one of" the signatory to the account. E weak me but i had to still go cos it was a last minute thing.

I let go, no need to appeal cos it was same documents i go still submit.

I think it's better to use sponsor's personal account, makes it easier to determine sponsor's source of wealth unlike company's account.
