There is this song we normally sing those day whenever we see white flock of birds flying above:
Everyone will sing, leke leke give me white finger, we had continuously flap our palms above and sing till the birds are not noticeable again. Surprisingly, we had check our fingers nails to confirm.

[quote author=bassdow post=132105067]Ukraine is luck Russia choose to handle things with Kids gloves. Probably because they understood it's actually EU + WEST taht's attacking Russia by proxy.
Very intelligent analysis bro. To add to this, the Russians still wants to preserve Ukrainian and also still see them as brothers.
I can imagine if they were fighting with France, USA, Canada, Australia and others, there won't be any emotional attachment.
Now, there is this emotional attachment to Ukraine and still leaving them and also Russians are very deep thinkers, take their time to analyze and profer solutions. Mind you , they are also very quick to trust people and have never considered the social media space as important and now they have learnt and I don't think they would agree with any country without strong factors put into place . Above all, Ukraine keeps making mistake that he is going to win. Just think about this, while these whole fight is going on, The Russia and USA is still communicating at higher echelon without Zelensky.
Memory lane, you remember when Russia jet splashed fluids on the MQ REAPER and took it. First, the defence guy in USA call Russia and still had a physical meeting.
My brother, it is deep. |

And they do not need to disturb us with their cries of failures and lamentations of desperation. Smiles. Mine opinion is different from yours. I believe in my creator but I don't do christian, Muslim or whatever clinge. |

GanagiBitrus: What you can sensibly say is you don't believe in God as portrayed by Christianity, Islam or any other religion.
But certainly there is an ENTITY [person(s), force(s), phenomenon(s)] behind this Life, Existence & Nature & all the laws of the Universe.
What Religion does is to keep things simple by calling that ENTITY, God.
And anything you cannot scientifically or empirically prove, takes you to the realm of Beliefs & Religion.
Matter of fact, every human being believes in something, including Atheists who believe there is no God, because they can't prove it. Even your statement "I don't think..." is a belief.
In all, whether you are a Christian or Muslim or whatever is by choice to keep things simple. &it's done in faith (what you can't see or scientifically prove). You have said it all. I told a woman that I don't care about Christianity, Muslim or whatever form it may be or names they call but I surely believe in a creator that made my existence. People should stop castigating and just live simple live of trusting on your creator. I believe my creator and have a separate name I call him. |

psucc: Let's see if OP is lying. 10k. + 5k = 15k/week 15k x 4 = 60k/month.
GUY'S total earnings=80k 80k - 60k = 20 left over for the guy for one month.
Now he has to pay for 1. Transport to work 2. Laundry 3. Electricity bill 4. Data and air time 5. Miscellaneous
Verdict: Op is not saying it the way it is. He is not truthful. Lol, the op said #80,000 per week but even at that I am not seeing the calculative objectives except if he truly likes her shape for shagging or truly she has changed to be wifed. ......or religiously, the guy just did it to fit his belief. |

I love this piece here. I remembered my biochemist Lecturer in school back then. He was so fit and the lectures bothers on complete optimization of anything that goes into the body, what is stored, what is used up and what is excreted as waste. I love this course because when you consume a particular diet, you know the end products, what it produces in your body, how long its going to take to be useful and more importantly, in case of consuming another diets, you know what the resultant effect will be. I hope I would be able to self study on this biochemist and apply it to my daily life. |

Trustme2: Even with a sure plug there, you'll still buy $1/N750 and pay towing and shipping in $. Will his contact abroad sell dollar at a cheaper rate. Those people there no dey joke with their money o. They'll sell their $ to you at black market rate. The only thing that can crash the prices of cars for now is when the exchange rate improves if not forget, prices of cars will keep souring mot to talk of customs duty. Minimum you can pay now is N1.2m for any vehicle, that's if you're lucky You are right, the advice is clear enough. I would consider such option too. |
Autos › Re: Please Advice Me On The Brand and Model Of Car To Buy For #2.1 Million by saintsylve(m): 3:03pm On Apr 08, 2023 |
buygala: Whatever it is you do, don't listen to the advice of that guy up there telling you to import a vehicle with your 2.1m budget..
First off, lowest custom duty for any vehicle imported into Nigeria presently is 1.4m..Then what kind of vehicle can one buy in the abroad, truck to shipping location and ship all within your remnant budget of 700k naira which is less than 1k Dollars? ..
This hasn't even taken into account the possibility of your overseas plug shipping you a lemon knowingly or unknowingly , and the possible cost of replacing the vehicle parts vandalised before shipping or upon arrival in Nigerian ports, plus all the small small fees you will pay to different agberos before the car can exit the Nigerian port... Or the off chance of the ship carrying your vehicle capsizing at high sea, leaving your vehicle resting at the bottom of the ocean.
Before you know what's going on, you might have spent far above what you would have paid if you had simply bought the car in naija, or even lost your entire funds.
Walk into any car stand, make your choice, get a good mech to do pre- purchase inspection for you if you aren't car savvy.. If the vehicle passes the inspection test, request and verify all the vehicle's papers, pay and zoom off.. All these can be done within one afternoon..
Just try to avoid middlemen anywhere, more especially most nairaland car advertisers as they are middlemen looking to chop profit even more than the vehicle owners...
If you can get a direct owner of a well maintained naija used vehicle make of your choice, the better for you.. Some Nigerian used cars are in far better condition than the scrapheaps called Toks in naija.
Waka comot buy moto wey u dey see korokoro.. No let anybody push you to buy monkey wey dey ontop tree all in the name of bypassing car dealers.. Comparing the stress and possible risks associated with importing a vehicle, it's far wiser and cheaper to allow the car dealer his 150-200k profit and carry your moto quietly. This is greatly inspiring and helpful to a soon to be car owners on this forum. Another angle is if he has contact abroad that can have a good buy for him, though some contact de japa with person money too. |

seunny4lif: Russia afraid of USA, when? Which country changed the route of her drones after Russia military bought one down? Which country made noise on regime change on Syria but failed massively due to Russia? CIA director and many USA top USA secret services agencies traveled to Moscow and It took USA government 6 months to be able to get permission from Russia before Biden was allowed to visit Kyiv, USA kept it secret that even USA allies don’t even know about it until the Moscow approved it.
When Russia smashed Georgia, it was France and Germany that were was able to calm Medvedev as USA president then Bush can only watch from afar.
Russia took back Crimea and banned any war ships from visiting Mauripol until Russia finally seized the city last year.
Russia started a war with Ukraine, blocked half of Black Sea and warned anyone from sending ships, immediately almighty USA withdrew her ships from there. Even when Ukraine was begging NATO members to send ships since three members of NATO shared the sea with Russia.
A war between Russia and USA is not going to about matching foot soldiers, it’s nuclear war. Simple. Go and see USA law on attack on her home land.
USA have everything to lose a war against Russia compare to Russia with will have few things to lose. Russia don’t own over 800 military bases around the world. Russia is not the world police Russia is not the world tech centre. I share your sentiment and to add to this Are they even aware that while all this is going on the USA AND RUSSIAN has closed communication channel for just two of them? These guys knows more than is to maintain such top level communication channel not open to journalists and public. Did you see how they brought the drone down without touching it and did you also notice how the issue of fallen drone was resolved by top level management and subsequent adjustment from USA. These are deep actions with known consequences if not handled well. |
