Lastly, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi’s BlackShark will come with Android 8.0.0 Oreo, customized by the familiar MIUI 9 interface.

However, the largest SSD of the South Korean giant Samsung is known as PM1643 and it consists of 32 sticks of 1TB NAND, each containing sixteen layers of 64 GB V-NAND chips.

The South Korean giant Samsung offers a five-year warranty for a complete recording on the unit per day. However, it still does not reveal the price or availability for PM1643, the world’s largest SSD. Of course, it is business-oriented and should cost dearly.

As it has already been happening, both models will mount different processors according to the market in which they are sold. The retailer has listed the Galaxy S9 and S9+ with an 8-core Samsung Exynos 9810 processor, 4 high-performance 2.9-GHz processor and 4 1.9-GHz processor. This notes that here in India the new phones will use the processor created by Samsung itself, while in other places like the United States or Japan will receive the Galaxy S9 and S9+ with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chipset.

The S9 will have 4GB of RAM and the S9+ will reach 6GB of RAM. According to the website, the “standard version” will have a 64GB UFS 2.1 storage space, expandable to 400GB through a microSD card. The standard versions will have support for a single SIM card, although there will be variants of both DualSIM models.
Camera

The Galaxy S9 will mount a single 12-megapixel rear camera with a variable focal aperture of f/1.5 and f/2.4 to adapt to different lighting conditions. The front camera will be 8 megapixels and aperture f/1.7 with autofocus.

In contrast, the Galaxy S9+ camera will be dual, with the same main lens as the S9, 12 Megapixel with a variable aperture of f/1.5 which will be accompanied by a secondary sensor of 12MP and aperture f/2.4. The front is also 8MP, and both cameras, in both the S9 and S9+, can record full HD resolution videos in slow motion to a limit of 96 frames.
Batteries, Android 8 and Price

Again as we already knew (although not officially), the Galaxy S9 will come with a 3000 mAh battery and the Galaxy S9+ with a 3500 mAh battery, both with Fast Charge support. The two terminals will bring the newly released Samsung Experience 9 with Android 8.0 Oreo installed and will debut in three shades of colours, Midnight Black, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple that we saw last week.

The price? That is exactly the data that most want to know and is not yet known, but according to the website the mobiles will be “100 dollars more expensive” than the Galaxy S8 and S8+, so the Samsung Galaxy S9 would have a price of $909, and the Galaxy S9+ priced at $1,009, since the S8 costs $809 and the S8+ $909 respectively. Moreover, the presentation will take place this Sunday, but its sale will start on March 8.

The expectation is that the technology can process about 1 million transactions per second.

The more than 180 million Telegram users can have a virtual wallet, which stores both traditional currency and the application’s own crypto-currency. Transactions are made between Telegram users, whether humans or bots. And, instead of ensuring the safety of the blockchain with proof of work (such as bitcoin), the TON should require proof of participation, without spending as much processing or electricity.

The Telegram provides four uses for its blockchain: distributed file storage, similar to services like Dropcoin; a proxy service to create decentralized VPN services; services for decentralized apps; and payments by microtransactions.

An initial version of the TON is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2018, while the virtual wallet is planned for the end of the year.

It is likely to already bring Bluetooth in version 5.0, Wi-Fi ac and USB Type-C.

At the rear, the dual camera should be 12 MP + 13 MP, for blur effect and 2x zoom, with Carl Zeiss technology and with recording capacity at 2160p @30fps. The front camera should have 16 MP, a f/2.0 aperture and will allow 1080p recording.

The image that follows appeared these days on the Internet and proves the design that it had already been disclosed, at least as far as the front area. Then there are other details, namely the words that appear in the upper left corner of the screen, Namaste, and the centre below the date, Raj Sharma, which may reveal that the smartphone may soon appear in India.

Nokia 1 – the Android Go

The Nokia 1 will be an entry-level smartphone clearly aimed at emerging countries and will obviously come with Android Go, an obvious choice given its already speculated features.

The Nokia 1 will be released with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage and a quad-core processor of which the specific model is not yet known. It will have a 4.5-inch screen with a resolution of only 480 x 854 pixels. The main camera will have 5 MP and the front camera will have 2 MP. It will have Bluetooth in version 4.0 and Wi-Fi b/g/n.

As with the browser version of this type of attack, the sum of many users makes it profitable for attackers. It is only a few minutes that, accumulated, can revert significantly to who is managing the attack.

The BrowseAloud plugin was embedded in more than 4,000 websites and most of them belong to governments. The researcher started to investigate after his friend saw warnings from Antivirus tools when visiting the website of UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office.

Scott Helme further claims that a third party managed to modify BrowseAloud and stuff CoinHive mining software. Scott Helme in his blog post wrote “If you want to load a crypto miner on 1,000+ websites you don’t attack 1,000+ websites, you attack the 1 website that they all load content from”

The scope of the cryptocurrency miner is not just limited to the UK, but also expands to other countries like Ireland, Australia, US, etc. Some of the government websites that were affected by the malicious script went offline to fix the issue.

A disappearance of 17 million tokens means that almost 13% of all Nanos left the hands of their true owners. The cryptocurrency has a maximum of 133.2 million tokens in circulation and, unlike bitcoin, is not minable, it means that no new currency will be issued.

In a statement, BitGrail claims that other crypto-coins traded by the exchange, such as Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin, were not affected by the attack. The company apologized for the “illegal transfers” made with customers’ money and on Twitter says it will not be possible to return everything that was lost. All withdrawals and deposits at the exchange office were suspended.

The social networking giant wants to build a system that collects personal data from users, such as education, home ownership and internet use, to predict their socioeconomic status. The patent was filed on July 27, 2016, but it was made public on Thursday.

The presentation suggests an algorithm that can help improve Facebook’s targeting capabilities so that it can show more relevant ads to users. A decision tree begins by asking what the user’s age is and, from there, asks a question that would be apparently relevant to that user’s age group.


In the presentation, young people between 20 and 30 years old are asked how many Internet devices they have, while those between 30 and 40 are asked if they have a home or not.

Other information that is considered is a person’s travel history, what type of devices the user owns, how many devices connected to the Internet they have and what their highest level of education is.

At the bottom of the decision tree, it will ask ‘What is the probability that the user is in the middle class?’ The patent states that, in general, a user’s socioeconomic group is linked to a user’s income.

But, as expected, the social network giant Facebook recognizes that users may not feel comfortable offering how much they earn per year.

“Online systems often do not have information about user income, for example, because users are generally not willing to share information about income, which can be confidential information, in online systems,” says the patent.

Therefore, instead, Facebook is asking questions on the margin of income and using other personal data to draw conclusions for itself. Not only uses the data provided by users on the platform but can also refer to “actions performed by the user on Facebook.”

“By predicting user socioeconomic groups, Facebook can help the third party to present sponsored content to target users,” according to the patent. “Third parties can effectively promote their products or services, and the online system can provide a more attractive experience for users,” states the note.

Facebook would use the decision tree to group users into three classes: working class, middle class or upper class. However, it is not clear if the patent will actually be used for user orientation.

“We often look for technology patents that we never implemented, and patents should not be taken as an indication of future plans,” a Facebook spokesperson states. Facebook has already been criticized for knowing too much about its users, and many argue that it does not respect the user’s privacy.

The firm has filed other patents related to user tracking, including one that describes a system designed to detect and respond to the emotions of users, according to CBInsights. A patent described a technology that would capture user images through smartphone or laptop cameras, even when the user is not actively using the camera.
