Some of the buildings are completed while others are on-going. You can buy for rental purpose. You will need to do your personal search on rental income around the area. But I can authoritatively tell you that the estate is currently inhabited by other subscribers. Well paved and lite road with drainage.

The 3 and 2 bedroom apartments have similar designs.

Yes. i've been to couple of them. I've seen the pump they use but not been able to fanthom how to adapt it to be operated by tractor pto. Since the tractor is available why not deploy it instead of looking for money buy a truck again?

The ease and convenience of operation the pto powered pump brings is what endares me to it. Moreso, spreading the slurry on the farmland with slurry laiden Mercedese truck will be difficult as compared to using a tractor specially made for that purpose.

He was setting up and managing farm for people, that was his business and I dealt with him accordingly. It’s a pity he turned out this way. He is a young, promising, hardworking guy who got carried away. He caused real financial pain for some people. A major example is the case with Stanchuks. I don’t want to go into that. I have tried every means possible to reach him but he’s been avoiding me. His closure of his nairaland account won’t change the facts on ground. In fact how does he intend to hide and run in this age? Will he also close his facebook and other social media accounts? What a st upid move!

I can deduce from here straight that Mr "Nobody" knows Hotmas personally. Hotmas knows him personally but would not want to involve himself or try to cover up for "doctorisa" and had requested "doctorisa" to come out and tell the whole truth. He tried but went under..
