What are Dieziani (wit d unprecedented oil theft) & Labaran (propagator of lies) still doing there? |
Ashiru can come back in any administratn suceeding Jonathan. Prof. Ruka shd av been made a basic edu minister (primary & secondary). A Prof in diaspora shd be brought home as higher edu minister. Tertiary education is a fxn of intelligenc + exposure. |
The president must av acted on intelligence. I cant imagine any minister resigning his post inoder 2 port 2 G7. These ministers have ties with d new PDP & might decide 2 take off in ds precarious time. D actn may affect GEJ if victimizatn is proven. |
A thoughtful letter indeed. Mr. President's enemies are indeed his 'best friends'. |
Not surprised. What will we not hear in this country. Tompolo that shd be grateful for being pardoned for his crime against d state, his also rewarded by d same state. More Money = More Weapons. What a sick country. |
I av been trying 2 remember wn an Igbo stood up for another tribe in Nigeria. Unfortunately found none. Even an highly respected Achebe couldnt do such but always promoting Igbo agenda. Well, Yorubas will always be 4 fairness. Tanx Femi Falan |
I wont be surprised if Falana is lambasted by d same ppl praising him today. Soyinka did more for them. What did he get in return? |
So it took a yoruba lawyer to provide a sensible condemnation. Pls (Igbos) try up ur game & stop using crude means in this modern age. Yorubas are reasonable pple if only u present ur case wit civility. #advise# |
Disturbing news. Must everything in Nigeria be about money & power? |
Nebeuwa: Not all Igbos insult Yorubas, just like not all Yorubas insult Igbos. Enough with the blame game.Agree. But it becomes worrisome when such insults come frm elected officers eg Gov, Igwe of NL etc. |
Lol, Is he planning to take over ANC from Zuma? Malema the nemesis of Zille & every white south african. Never knew he formed is org already. Anyway, Im thinkin the synagoue is becoming some sort of mecca. |
See primitive pple comparing leaders based on building projects. What happens to critical analysis, policies, diplomacy, sense of purpose, etc. Can I ever supprt a gov dt bought jeeps 4 a musician's wife & paid sponsored tickets 2 dubai? |

This is an honour for Nigeria. I hope GEJ will also be bringing Nigeria such honour in d international community when he leaves office in 2015. But first he needs to work on his personality, somebody might be watching |
And what influence does an observer has over an electorate than give their opinion. It is this Pan Africa that is already heating d elections up. And I agree OBJ appears to be d only one dt can defend d opposition if cheated by Mr Mugabe. |
ACN is always ahead. No single ACN Senator voted this. Thanks Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for giving us ACN ^^^The appreciatn shd b for him giving us somebody (ACN) that sensible enough to make d list public. |
Our politicians are bunch of embarrasment. I'm not sure they know d essence of leadership. As for master GEJ, well 2015 is waiting for him. |
Folks, there is no case of imposition here, as endorsement is difft & practised worldwide. A party is free 2 choose who suits them. Its d poll (election) dt really matters. So quit being alarmist & produce a strong candidate to face ACN. Tanx |
Congrats to d boy, parent, teacher & school. |
Congrats to d boy, teacher & sch. I'm always proud of these public sch students. Reason I commend Aregbe 4 givin them tablets. Our society is trying to keep them in obscurity. |
Okay. I see. Reward of pessimism I guess. naptu2: Most of the human rights activists that fought the military did not trust the Abubakar regime and did not believe that they would actually hand over in 1999. |
Tinubu was not the only person in NADECO and I believe he wouldnt be having this much influence if NADECO still exists. The party's ideologies would av been more imprinted in the consciousness of Nigerians as a liberating party. At least we knew what they stood for. ckkris: 1. Tinubu was in NADECO and is now a trillionaire. Everything, or most things in Lagos now belong to Tinubu. |
I wonder why organizations such as this MAD and NADECO didnt evolve (retain their names) into a political party after the final arrival of democracy. At least we'll be having a party with liberation background (e.g the ANC that fought apartheid in SA), instead of the gluttonous PDP and the likes presently ravaging Nigeria. Kudos boys for your action and not killing d passengers. You shd be having some political positions now. |
The minister brought this jabbs to himself. Its good Fashola didnt av to respond himself. Nigerians shd be grateful to ACN for keeping PDP in its places. Meanwhile, I cant wait to see PDP in opposition after d elections. |
Nice concept. This Gov is really trying to take yoruba conciousness to a new height sha. Welcome all participants to my state. |
What was d govs of Anambra & Bayelsa doing in SA while d gov of Lagos (d economic base) sit @ home? ACN ruling d most powerful state in Nig as DA is dealin wit ANC in d western cape of S/Africa hahaha |
Very shameful utterance. If u like let oil prdtn drop to 2 barrel per year, aint voting GEJ in 2015. Mr Kingsley can go and get votes for his oga from Chicago. |
With such staggering amount going to Tompolo et al., yet Nigeria loosing up to $7b annually to bunkering & BBC describing some illegal refineries in d nigerdelta as d biggest crime scene in d world, just shows d govt running d nation aground. |
I have an inkling dt OPC will do a good job protecting pipelines. Since pple av commended them for d vigilante stuff. Some things are left for community security rather d police. However, I dont think I trust Dr Faseun with his partisan agenda. |
Is it everything we strike about in Nigeria? cant they just take the school mgt to court if they feel the registrar has been unjustly re-elected? This is absurd, strike strike strike at any slightest provocation. |
dayokanu: Reverend King the Biafran hero is now in shackles for murderhahahahaha! Somebody already called u (dayokanu) a legend on nairaland, so I got nothing else to say. why u get mouth like this? ...u be Ibadan pikin? |
