If Access bank sells at #100 today some investors will still be buying because they believe their is still upward potential for the share price.

So dont be perturbed by the movement of the share prices if the fundament is still intact.

I'm new to the stock trading business and I'm taking my time to understand how the market works before taking the bold step.

I would need the guidance and opinions of the house, old wines like Onegentleguy, megawatts, Zimams, et al should help me out.

I have alot of questions but I would be starting with the following;

(a) What are the factors I should consider before purchasing a stock. I believe before a stock is purchased, there are certain analysis done to determine the potentiality of the stock. If I'm to run one or two analysis on a company/stock what should be my fundamental and in-depth consideration?

I understand checking the company's annual financial report is one criteria, but I believe that shouldn't be the only indicator.

(b) Also this P/E, what it's importance in stock trading?. Last night I did some digging on PEG and the only thing I was able to deduce was; it helps to determine if a stock is overpriced or underpriced. Someone should help me explain this EPS( earning per share) in simple terms, is it synonymous to dividends, or your profit in a stock investment?

Yes, the dilution will bring more funds to the company and increase their profitability.

The bonus issue has been added to outstanding shares and the right issue will probably bring the outstanding shares to about 16.5 billion ordinary.

if you check the shareholding structure, Fajemirokun family, IFC( international finance Corporation) and other institutional investors are still maintaining their shareholding percentages.

In a nutshell, the company is always a buy for me.

Insurance sector: 1st recapitalization is coming up by December 31st, coys to have have of the recapitalization fund.
Expect some manipulations activities in this sector.

AIICO is a good stock to buy at any price below #2.

At current price,you can not see it to buy.
