Below r the few issues I noticed when my car arrived:
1. The AC wasn't working , I just had to refill the
gas.
2. The car radio needed a code which I was able
to get with the help of some people here.
Although I later saw it in the user's manual.
3. The car came with just one key and it's not a
remote keyless entry; this I haven't fixed yet
though.

I still use a transsion product. It's serving me well, but the more I read threads like this I feel the need to get another device. By the way, I've used "Sammy" (correct engine except battery life) and iPhone (poor battery phone, worse than Samsung).

Please don't give up on your search for the fraud, someone did the same to me back in year 2/3 as an undergraduate. I was broke but I starved to get the court order that the bank demanded. They froze the guy's account, dude still had money in the same account. It took time but I was partly reimbursed sha.
