Ah,even Muazu!
There is trouble o!I think all these people now suddenly castigating GEJ are stylishly positioning themselves not to lose entirely when GMB eventually wins.
From fr.Mbaka to Ohaneze,Seriason Dickson,to MEND ,now Muazu.
Am expecting Dame patience to also read d handwriting and start castigating her husband soon;afterall they say in politics 'there are no permanent husbands(friends),only permanent interests'.She has a lot of interests indeed to protect.
Pls give me link to read about that of MEND. This would be interesting grin

Talk is cheap bro but action is expensive. I guess you a single, just wait until you get to that stage. First of all, two women don't live peacefully unlike men but the bitter truth is that a mum is not and will never be a guest in her son's house. So as a part of the family, she will always visit and the best way to handle such situation as the head of a home is to let everyone know her limits. E.g the kitchen is your wife's landed property and your mum is just a tenant in it, everyone has the right to scold the kids as they are your wife's kids and your mum's grandkids etc cool
Still fine. But for her to stay too long especially when I know she's a problematic type, no sire. BTW, I say what I can do. Am not just any kind of man.

FamilyRe: How Do You Cope With A Wicked Mother In-law In The Same House?? by samuelson06(m): 2:00am On Jan 06, 2015
Personally, I wouldn't allow my mother to move into the same house with me after marriage. I mean what for? She enjoyed her own life and marriage with her husband, why not allow me enjoy mine? What exactly is she coming to do? To still take care of me and give counsels? God forbid! My wife would enjoy her marriage to the fullest. No interference from anybody. I can't allow that happen to my just wedded lovely wife. Is she coming so that she'll say my wife can't cook? That she should come and cook for me or herself? In whose house? When I read those stuff, I'll just laugh at some men asking myself which planet they come from. Atleast it doesn't take much to be real man! Live your life without any form of interference please and be free. You have your life, take charge. For those that may have found themselves in this unfortunate situation, please I'll advice you to smartly discharge your mum to the family house. Eventhough it appears there might not be problem today, one would definitely arise someday and that good relationship between your wife (and in extension you) and your mum would begin suffer because of your own ignorance. Two matured women cannot stay under one man or same roof peacefully even if sisters. One must definitely create problem for the other and you know women are experts in creating problems. Even for Omugo or whatever name it's called, please don't invite her, your wife can take care of the baby by herself. She's a woman ofcourse and must have learnt all those things. Or what if your mum or her mum wasn't still alive? Wouldn't she take care of the baby? So what's the point? Even for house maid, stay away from them. These guys usually feel bitter and frustrated that they ain't privilege in the society and hence inflicting those pains on your baby. Some on their own refused going to school when they had the chance but now feels they have been left behind hence looking for what they can lay hand on in your house and zoom even it means selling your baby for rituals if possible. Please stay away from them.

Topgainer:
It is Oyakhilome he is referring to, I know most of us would want more adjectives preceding the 'man of God'. I didn't need a prophet to tell me that Oyakhilome's romance with controversies is far from over. This year looks like a year when he will be teaching that divorce or polygamy by a Pastor is not wrong, he may try to use Greek translation to explain that what the Bible says is a Bishop and not a Pastor.

His Gate fee for Church service has come to stay and could be adopted by others as crowd control
An erring preacher who thinks that those Bishops, Pastors and Ministers criticizing his teachings, practices and lifestyle are simply inferior to him and jealous of his 'success'.

I have said it before( commenting on a thread), the person who needs prayers is Chris and not Anita. Loveworlds fans who truely love their mentor should be fasting and praying for their him
Did you clap for yourself after writing this shiit?

I think people have a duty to vote but the right to abstain if they wish to do so (its a democracy right). Not choosing to vote is NOT being against democracy.

Either way it is quite reprehensible that a Church would involve itself in such an issue. Come on now, can you see a Church getting away with this intrusive rubbish in any European Country?
Europe may not do this but that doesn't mean they are more intelligent than us and good that you said people have a duty to vote. Question, who should vote and who should abstain? Voting is not just a duty or a right, it's an obligation placed by democracy in a democratic government on an individual that is up to 18 years and above to exercise his/her franchise. Failing to do so is an anomaly. And in the society, you and I are the church and the men of God are our leaders, so it's just okay that they always encourage us to do the right thing especially at this time that elections are fast approaching. Anybody can do this as far as that person is a member or citizen of the country he resides. The problem is that when we don't vote, rigging becomes very easy but when we vote, we tend to use up the materials. I don't know if you still have objection to this.

PoliticsRe: Photos: RCCG Members Asked To Show Their PVC In Church by samuelson06(m): 12:38am On Jan 05, 2015
KoloOyinbo:
Let us be clear about something.

We know they have not endorsed one side or the other.

This is irrelevant.

That fact that they are asking to see the cards is the issue.

This is NOT Church business. Any European Churchman asking such intrusive questions would be told quite correctly to mind his own business.

It is one of the reasons why Christians coming to some Nigerian Churches are made to feel very uneasy. I would have to leave such a service/church if I saw this inappropriate behaviour.
Personally, I see nothing wrong with the MOG asking members to just flash their PVCs. He is only promoting and encouraging members to be part of a democratic government. Remember the beauty of democracy is about election and election is through voting using a voter's card and if you don't have one to support the process, it means you are against democracy. You can't just sit on the fence. It's our right to vote and be voted for. What do you think?

Why still discuss certificates here? It's a disgrace to talk about it. That an adult can't keep his credentials safely or lied under oath about it is unprintable. The same adult who can't keep his certificates wants to handle the future of 170 million people. Dig the implication.
And you want a man who cannot control his own wife to continue leading us? Which has more grave consequence or implication? Just keep quite. Only fools like you would continue voting Jonathan.

Hello my fellow Nairalanders,
My name is Richard jemedafe from Plateau State
(Nigeria) I have a problem that is given me Sleepless
night. But I know that Nairaland is the best place to
get advice.
I wrote jamb this year and my jamb point was
179(which can't take me to University of my choice)
so I Applied for Pla poly (state polytechnic) To study
Business Administration and management. (I got
admission)
And I also got admission Into Federal COllege Of
Education Pankshin to study. English/SOS. (which I
also got Admission)

Nairalanders I need ur advice which should I go
to??College of Education And polytechnic which
is better,best and preferable??
Thenks
Write jamb again. This time choose to study Sociology/Social Work which is better than all those courses since you seem to be an Art student else I'll say go for a science course. But while waiting, volunteer your time in any big organization (NGO) around. It'll pay you off on the long run. Don't just plan to study anything. You may be wasting your time.

One or more of the following may be your problem. Look at them and take correction where necessary.

1. You dress badly.
Women don't take serious men that dresses badly. Dressing badly here doesn't mean you wear rags. You may wear costly materials and still end up a bad dresser. Very important here is first, iron your wears. Then knowing how to combine colors also matters. For instance, black belt must always go with black shoe and not brown belt, black shoe. Next, smell good. Don't forget your mouth must also smell good.

2. You can't arrange your thoughts well.
Don't put the cart before the horse. Don't say one thing now and later you said, "oh I forgot to ask you this..." If you feel like rehearsing your thoughts with your friends, fine! Eventhough it may not be necessary. But don't cramp them. Just calm yourself down and talk.

3. You feel to woo a woman is serious business.
No sire! A woman is just like any other human. You don't need to be so serious to an extent that you start sweating just because you want to talk to a woman. First of all, check that the atmosphere is conducive then walk close to her, greet her and talk. Did you just say talk what? Well, it's simple: tell her you like her and wait for her response then follow up from there. Don't just stand there and start pouring out what you cramped. It's not necessary. You ain't in an interview.

4. You are a proud type.
Proud people can't hide the fact that they are. Don't start showing off in front of her. Just be a human. Be bold and look at her eyeball to eyeball. Wear some smiles while expressing yourself. I don't mean if something is not funny, you should just smile like those guys on Cabin Biscuits. Be smart to chip in some jokes where necessary.

5. You maybe still a child.
It'll definitely show by the way you talk. What defines maturity is the mentality. Even if you are still under 20, if you can be bold enough to approach a woman and take control of the discussion, you win!

6. You can't express your intentions.
Don't always fail to make your intentions known to her. Define the kind of relationship you want with her.

7. You feel you must get it done in one day.
No sire! Absolutely no!! Sometimes, we set them up for another day and when such day comes, you wouldn't have to stress yourself with much grammar. Things would just fall in place. Learn how to set your crush up.

Finally, be smart to know who mean business. Don't waste so much time on one person. You'll be wasting your money at the same time. There are so many of them out there. Don't let anybody tell you that you were destined for this or that girl. What matters between you both is understanding. Very important, don't waste even a second of your time with a woman you truly know would be a liability even if her beauty is like that of a full moon.

Goodluck.
Foreign AffairsRe: Palestinians Blast Nigeria For Abstention In UN Vote by samuelson06(m): 12:30am On Jan 02, 2015
While the stance of the United Stance against the resolution was not a surprise, Al-Akluk said, Nigeria's abstention from voting was a "shock" and a disappointment for Palestinians.
See us see wahala o. Did they bribe us to vote for them and we refused? Was Nigeria under any obligation to support the motion or the only country that refused to vote or were absent? Why only Nigeria? Why are they not attacking US? Anyway, let's watch out for our leaders' reaction to this insult. BTW, who dragged Nigeria into becoming a member of such organization?
