We can't can't afford to have good meal without sacrificing other basic necessities,
Etc Etc

Tell me what country lacking basic amenities like these have not failed. whatever!!

You need to be checked out by a doctor. when you say mouth ulcer, do you have open wounds in your mouth? Do they bleed? is it painful to swallow? Saying 'mouth ulcer' is too bogus.

You need to see an orthopedic doctor because you need more than xray.

If the fibroids were small, you could get pregnant and thereby shrinking them.  But with large fibroids, you have to have them removed or else it will be hard for you to get pregnant, and also there is high risk of miscarriages with fibrosis.

My dear you need to see your doctor and determine how many weeks pregnant you are, via ultrasound before you kill yourself.
