Hold head up for where? And you are sure these doctors you are talking about are trained in Nigeria. Are you a medical doctor or have you worked in a teaching hospital here in the states? Most of the residents come into the OR not knowing there left from their right. It is so shameful. very few even go into specialties. They just get stuck in internal medicine, usually geriatrics, moonlighting from one facility to another.
