A friend of mine told me that she recently bought a plot of land in Okota and that her husband knows somebody who will sell me a plot in the area. I don't want rush into decision yet. that's why I'm consulting on my fellow nairalanders.
Please how is okota in regards to roads, traffic, availability of electricity, safety and so on.  I don't know lagos very well. Please any advice will be welcomed.

Very sad for the girl. Some girls are in the same situation and there is no way out for them, because may be, the man is the breadwinner for the girl's family.

I just think its pure lack of manners the way some Naija guys behave. To me, I take it as an insult the way men in Naija 'toast' girls. I mean common we are not objects. Here in the US, some of their ways are regarded as sexual harassment and you can actually be convicted for it.
