Politics › Re: Niger State Draws Buhari's Attention To Bida Basin by sanandreas(m): 7:16am On Jul 28, 2016
The bida basin have oil and gas potential but not in viable quantity from exploration point of view. The oil industry is a big business and the iocs invest alot before drilling. One key aspects of engineering economics is early return on investment since it provides them with more flexibility in making future investment decisions.

Are the state and local government of Niger Delta not given there share?? Who's business is it if they chose not to develop there place??
And for God sake Niger Delta is far more developed than most places in Nigeria
I know it will be Vitalis. Have u been to okerenkoko, otorugu which plays host to the largest gas plant in West Africa, ogidigben, oporoza, kokori, ovre, otumara and so many other communities. These people need to feel government at all levels. Forget about 13 percent, it is just a consternation to what they get. Let federal government monitor these money been disbursed. It is not enough to pay your child's school fees but u also want to see his performance.

I know u are an Igbo by tribe and a Nigerian by naturalisation. We can't bomb our communities for your selfish gain of biafra. We all are suffering from these attacks. You in one way or the other depend on Niger delta.

Politics › Re: Pipeline Explodes In Nsit Ibom, Akwa-Ibom by sanandreas(m): 7:09am On Jul 25, 2016
Niger Deltans let's sheath the sword. I am tired of the stereotype. When ever I try to tell my yoruba and hausa friends why federal government should sporadically develop communities , they shout saying what about 13 percent. Some of them have never been to the creeks to see what have become of these communities. Niger delta have so many tribes but the ijaws have always been in the forefront using violence as a means of getting attention of the government.

Politics › Re: Militants Blow Up 2 More Oil Facilities In Delta by sanandreas(m): 6:50pm On Jul 18, 2016
It is so unfortunate. Buhari messed up big time with tompolo and that maritime university. The hardship have just started. Buhari should go there himself. Oil money won't flow to Abuja like it used to. Niger-delta is not the only region where oil is been produced. Agitation arises from poverty and under development.
Politics › Re: Intelligence Sources Warn Buhari Of Impending Religious Crisis by sanandreas(m): 6:35pm On Jul 18, 2016
Yes sure there will be religious crisis from the look of things. The president have remained defiant about ethno-religious issues. If care is not taken Aso rock won't been able to control the situation. These fanatics are been emboldened by your silence. Do not forget the south would hold key oil installation to fund the war. The North should be careful. Why should you kill ur fellow human being for someone u never met.
