Look at this beauty |
Viking07:How about creating your own award and giving it out without politics? |
It's called a national carrier and yet the govt has just 5% stake in it? It's well. |
vedaxcool:Didn't that elderly man promise to lead from the front when he was campaigning in 2015? Didn't he know he's elderly when he made the promise? Please stop being silly, doesn't fit you. |
Father4all:And still can't beat Serbia at home to qualify for the World Cup with his 24/7 training |
How much has his principal who controls billions of Naira donated to charity? If our government in Nigeria were responsible, there won't be a lot of people suffering. |
PrinceOfLagos:Isn't Buhari himself a mockery of government? |
As true as that is, political leaders in Africa must be willing and ready not to create conditions conducive to military takeover of government. Such conditions include (1) abdication of their responsibilities chief of which is the protection of the lives and property of the people, (2) illegal amendments of the constitution to allow presidents stay in office beyond the constitutionally permitted limit, the kind Allasane Quattara tried in Ivory Coast and Buhari's stooges are planning here (3) massive corruption that's become a password among African leaders and so on. When that happens, the people won't but cheer the coup plotters. |
Paid defenders on the prowl. Osinbajo is as dirty as the rest of them politicians, so don't make a saint out of him. If he's sure it's fake news, he should sue Sahara reporters, all these paid write ups won't cut it with me. |
benuejosh:Fulani herdsmen have sacked the entire Guma and Gwer East LGs in your state but you're here masturbating on the South East. |
Govt officials sleep and wake and just do whatever comes to their mind without adequate feasibility assessment. How is the creation of 3 more additional universities a plus for the state when the already existing one isn't funded properly? What level of funding do these quasi universities hope to receive annually? The funding gap (the gap between needed resources and available resources) keeps rising every minute and the govt isn't doing enough to close it. The gap roae to about 110% by the 2019/2020 academic session and with the creation of more schools will only get worse. Teachers and lecturers in the Abia State school system haven't been paid for almost 2 years and more workers are going to be hired (to work for free). |
TarOrfeeek:Good question, until Bilkisu Tambuwal can travel from Sokoto to Kaduna and to Abuja without the heavy presence of Police/Army/DSS with military helicopter hovering above the train, there's nothing to celebrate. Why did they suddenly abandon the use of Kaduna-Abuja road? |
pfadom:Can you tell us what provision of the constitution or any known law he broke with the clothe he wore? Why are you people supporting evil and oppression of the people because of hate? It's so annoying. |
And that's the man positioning himself to become the next president of Nigeria. If he can be this brazenly corrupt as just as a minister, only God will save us if he becomes the president. As for Buhari, I don't want to talk about that Dean of Corruption. |
IfnobeGod20:Can you disprove what Abaribe said? Some of you southern APC members are so shameless playing protecting party interest against your region's interest as northerners do irrespective of party. Tell me which APC senator apart from Ajayi Borrofice that voted for 5%, is Abaribe not right to say it's a party thing? Even APC southern senators voted against the interest of their region, shows you how stupid they are. |
TheSupleemLeada:Who cares? Import your own cars and let people patronize you. Assembling or manufacturing, Innoson is farming where many Nigerians dread to farm, it's no mean feat. |
Navalsadiq:One Kogi boy forming northerner. Just like Paul Unongo former chairman of Arewa Consultative Forum from Benue State and Simon Lalong of Plateau State. |
The Brits would be laughing at us as they've always done. Imagine federal lawmakers leaving all matters of national importance to take pictures in London. A country where 35 people were mass killed and buried just yesterday is on a jamboree in London. Imagine US House of Reps members leaving Washington DC to go visit Jep Bush in Ottawa, what a shame. Like Genevieve Nnaji said, it takes heart to be a Nigerian. |
In his mind, Austin Okhai will be feeling like a northerner when in Sokoto and Kano he and his Kogi people aren't regarded as true northerners but slaves to be used to achieve a Fulani agenda. |
DeltaFire:What a crying shame. Not until the Fulani army of Nigeria captures Southern Nigeria will you appreciate what IPOB stands for. Millions of people across the world know IPOB is a peaceful organization fighting for the protection of her people. Those of you in league with the murderous Nigerian govt will surely be shamed and disgraced. |
vickydevoka:And Yar Adua never wore a suit during campaign to deceive people. |
BKayy:So why did he wear suit then? Has the weather now become worse than it was before? |
What a shame. I don't have anything against Tinubu but for the State House of Assembly to leave all matters of urgent state importance to be snapping pictures with Tinubu in London fuelled by state resources shoes how low governance has sunk in Nigeria. Isn't it an even bigger shame that Tinubu in his 8 years as the governor of Nigeria s richest state couldn't build a hospital capable of giving him and his family the kind of medicare they seek? |
cankerworm:I wish all southern states have a governor as bold and courageous as Akeredolu. With Fulani slaves like Umahi, Uzodimma, Ayade and others it's a tall wish. |
A very good thread you've here but what has Buhari got to do with any of that? Which of those projects is a Buhari/FG project? As much as I don't like Dave Umahi for his asslicking, yet you don't have to give his glory to a man who detests the South East with all his blood. |
hollah123:If you know the evolution of the 1999 of the FRN you wouldn't have posted this comment. Just a little but not all to cure your ignorance, no Igboman president has anything to do with the Constitution as the Constitution was in the first place the brain child of the military under IBB in 1988. Again, the 1999 Constitution is more or less an amended version of the 1979 Presidential Constitution midwifed by the military under OBJ. The Igbo man you referenced as president was only a ceremonial president with no real powers of govt. The government was ran by Tafawa Balewa. Your zero knowledge of the Constitution shows you're the bigger dumbfool. |
Uzodimma and Okorocha can kill themselves for all I care, the only person I know as my goverjor is Emeka Ihedioha. At a time like this, you can't but respect Ihedioha. Even inspite of the injustice done him by Tanko Mohammed and the SC, he has carried himself with dignity and love for the state. |
Aremson14:Every Abdullahi Mustapha doesn't have to be a Muslim but we know all the IGPs and all but 4 of the heads of security agencies he has appointed since 2015 are all northern Muslims and that's talking about 4 out of almost 30. Has Buhari any regard for a northerner that's isn't Muslim? Tell me how many Christian Muslims he has entrusted with sensitive positions in his govt. Nigerians aren't gullible, we know the north has even more ethnic groups than the South but we do know too that his first consideration in his relations with a northerner is his religion. Jonathan appointed 4 IGPs, and only one is a Christan and he worked harmoniously with them, why can't Buhari trust a Nigerian that isn't Muslim? |
