busyfishing:They are all far gone in psychiatric evaluation, Metuh is already peeing in his pants and eating his poo. Fayose oooh, he is into playing with his 'john Thomas' in public already . Aaah! Fani Kayode on his own is already at the market square dancing SHOKI and ALANTA., to his own song. |
hassan85:Maybe they killed Audu, foolish party! So, all a person has to do to become Gov, is to kill the potential winner before declaration of result and pronto you become a Governor. What a party. Metuh and PDP are jokers, their penchant for evil know no bounds. If only Gej had stormed the apartment where PMB was quartered with special forces before declaration of result to finish PMB, INEC would ve declared Gej winner, Gej must be biting his finger now. Evil party |
FreeGlobe:cluelessness is fast catching up with Gej supporters. |
FreeGlobe:Inec does not ve the power under the constitution or electoral act to cancel an already announced election, only the tribunal has such power, but they ve the right under the same act and constitution to "Regulate, issue guidelines and rules in election matters". This option they ve decided to explore, Falake is eliminated unfortunately because he did not go through any primary, which the Court and Electoral Act stipulate as a condition for substitution. I may not like it, but that is the law holding Falake down, Yahaya bello is the other legal option. If on the other hand the party goes ahead to conduct a primary it will be because APC Kogi don't want Bello, maybe due to his i don't care altitude towards Audu campaign and election as inferred from some of the post on this forum. As i said, if the party still goes ahead to hold the primary, then it is a deliberate move against Yahaya and a risk they plan to take just to achieve that purpose and in the interim get the Governorship stool off PDP for now, definitely PDP and possibly Yahaya will contest it in court. For now Inec is relying on the only power it has which is the power to regulate, issue guidelines and rules, believing that from the known in law the un known can be established. |
Omokaysmith:What a big shame, cowards demanding that a fight should be rescheduled after they have been beating black and blue, since we all agree that the situation was not captured in our laws, it falls within Inec powers to issue guideline and direction on election matters. Remember the law setting up Inec empowers them to make rules and issue guidelines on election matters, in this case, they ve done that, Fayose should know better, that Inec does not ve the power under the law to cancel an election after they are announced. Hence Inec cannot cancel the Kogi election. Also, the Supreme court cannot entertain any issue on the Kogi election unless an Election Petition Tribunal hear the matter first, we are all aware that the Kogi Tribunal is not constituted yet. The only option left is for the poll to hold using Inec guidelines, which will now be tested at the Tribunal, Appeal Court and the Supreme court. Anything less, like cancellation and Inec will be acting outside her power, PDP should not force Inec to break a law(cancellation) in order to grant them their wish. Inec is not even sure, APC like wise are not even sure that the rules and guidelines proposed by Inec will be upheld up to supreme Court when tested, Issues that may arise from it are the only reason APC wants to hold a fresh primary, possibly to bring up an Igala, since Wada is Igala and they are more than 60% of Kogi population, while Falake and Bello are Okun and Ebira respectively. Since Kogi play ethnic politics strongly Falake and Bello will lose to Wada if the election is cancelled even after becoming Governor now, PDP may get their rerun but for now Inec is acting within her powers. Inec was right and Fayose wrong. |
I was livid when i read that the APC will conduct a fresh primary in Kogi, even after INEC had given them lee way to replace Audu. I wondered, why not pick Falake atleast on morality ground or Yahaya Bello on legal grounds. You can see my angst when none of these played out. Eventually after going through the post of those from Kogi, it dawned on me that Igala is the predominant tribe and since Kogi play tribal politics to the core, APC may be right in their plan for a fresh primary. APC must ve considered that wether they pick Falake or Bello the courts may likely order for a fresh poll if PDP files a petition, exploiting the obvious legal pot holes( Falake"non participation in primaries"). The egg heads in APC may have therefore looked beyond now with a possible rerun in mind. Since neither Falake(Okun) and Bello(Ebira) are from Igala, any rerun against Wada next year will definitely be lost. Therefore they may ve reasoned that it was best to throw up through a primary an Igala to pair Falake, incase a rerun is ordered by the courts. Atleast by than Wada would ve ceased to be Gov. and the state will be under APC going into the rerun. If this won't backfire, i don't know. |
PRYCE:Inec has no power to cancel any election they ve announced the result, wether Igala or not APC will win in Kogi. 25000 PVC collection in the affected polling units cannot upturn APC's lead of 41000. |
Trioxocarbonate:Most PDP apologists before the election ve suddenly become Igala because of the situation on hand. Suddenly PDP wants afresh election because the momentum is with APC. Sorry PDP their will be no fresh election if i am to suggest. Also with or without an Igala candidate APC will still win, the remaining polling units have 49000 voters in the register out of which only 25000 have collected their PVC, Audu was already ahead with over 41000 votes, even if all the 25000 votes for PDP during the supplementary election APC will carry the day regardless of who they present. |
Daninya11:Haba! Did you watch the same match or you are just been economical? The midfield was energetic and filled with energy, Mikel was the weak link in Swaziland. |
Daninya11:Mikel is slow, though a good player his style kills the transition of a game. Tweaking style to suit Mikel will hamper the team. I don't hate Mikel playing him on Tuesday would ve made the game difficult to us, Oliseh's decisesiveness would make him go far as his action is building competition in the team. |
kahal29:i never stole any 10000 naira ooh! But eeh i confess i once took 2500, the other day 3000 and at another time i took just 2000, also i remember when i took some money eeh 3000 to give to some people ooh, but i repeat that i never stole 10000. Define cluelessness if this is not one |
Mogidi:if elections are held today we will still vote PMB, youth online comments nothing to the people on the streets. PDP is not an option. The more pdp hates Pmb the more we love him |
Diligence:Comments from nitwits like you is the reason The PDP is a regional party today. Keep it up |
ODUBEZE:What are you trying to imply? PDP should look inward. PDP should remove Metuh and Secondus, soon the story will become " APC menbers are now after our wives" most of these people are been chased by their evil past. |
Firefire:Even if pure water becomes 100 Naira, we shall still support. For all true supporters of PMB we know he needs time to clean up the poo PDP left all over the economy and the more PDP hates him the more we know, he must be doing the right thing. |
Firefire:Pls. Take your wailing somewhere else, some of us want to read real analysis for and against. Your rants are irritating. Sorry if you feel so pained that Gej lost, you can go to Otuoke and sob on the bosom of Mama Peace, please. Jeeeeeez |
dammytosh:Let them be, Gej must ve bequeathed cluelessness as a parting shot to his teaming supporters before leaving office. I marvel at the paucity of arguments put forward by PDP all in a hurry to discredit PMB, the god's must be out to destroy PDP with the level they ve degenerated to. Before the election, during and after they tried in vain against PMB but could not get him down, this Remitta argument is low as it further proves to Nigerians that the PDP stand for anything that is out to frustrate us as a Nation. If Mastercard were used as the transaction platform will it be done for free, why not re negotiate with the company. Why bring PMB and Tinubu into it, if they wish to steal money will they be that daft to do it using the company of a PDP man, Fayose's time to beg will come. Saraki, Dina working against their own Govt, why not Dina take up the issue with the Presidency before bringing it out on the Senate floor, i guess they were out to embarrass PMB. |
hinwazaka:I wanted to reply your post but then i thought, this is an un repentant Wailer, Wail! Until the tears dry up cause we know corruption is fighting back. Sai baba |
Brandnew2:Perm, Secs, are top civil servants incharge of Ministries , they are incharge of bureaucracy of Govt, Ministers on the other hand are political appointees who are in charge of policy direction of their Ministries while Special Advisers are also political appointees who work directly with the President. The President as a human cannot know all, he therefore counters the request of his Ministers i,e Health with the opinion and advice from his Adviser on Health. |
EternalTruths:i don't want to call you a hypocrite, you complain their is no job at home and how are textile outfits suppose to make it without patronage at home |
anigbajumo:Thanks, even if five serving Gov, in the North defect to PDP, the North have already taken APC as their own due to how Gej and Pdp called it a Northern and SW party. Pdp is dead in the North and SW not even Dogara, Saraki, Wamako and Kwankwaso can change the trend on the streets in the North. If you care to know, the initial appt of PMB was to placate Minorities and Christians in the North, subsequently he moved to Akwa ibom, CRiver axis to placate them with HOS and Naval Chief appt. The SW is secured, Yorubas are having a good deal under PMB, with vice, works, finance, solid minerals and FIRS, Tinubu is happy. The one advantage of PDP over others in the past were Federal finance and control of Inec, police, military during elections in the past, these they ve lost. Remember this will be the first time the Tinubu will have federal support going into elections, PDP in SW is done for. A fragmented Apc under PMB will still defeat Saraki, Atiku, kwankwaso, as PDP candidates, even Pdp Senators and Rep will ve problems retaining their sits in SE, SS without Federal might against fellow contestants, we all know how PDP wins election, all parties anyway, but this time PDP no longer has the ace, they will struggle go ask Wada, Dickson how they feel. |
bulldoza:PMB will not negotiate in line with what Metuh wants, when they were stocking ethnic sentiments against PMB they never reasoned it may consume them., PDP is dead even if Biafra comes to be. Go read the Cuban, French and other revolutions the present rulling class if Biafra comes to be will give way to menbers of IPOB and their will be cleaning and redistribution of wealth. PDP will regret the day they brought in ethnicity into our politics. |
ionsman:Thanks for your wonderful observation, i ve noticed also that the better Nigeria and corruption free society we wish for, makes no meaning to those born post Babangida era, all they believe in, is the the Nigeria they met forgetting that there was a country before IBB came to dim our hope. |
PUSH1:That is just their agend, moving round the Nigerian nation looking for the next EVIL to support. |
bettercreature:FFK is an Adult Baby nobody takes him seriously |
switesthart:Nigeria's economy is not on a downward spiral, i can liking what is happening on a micro economic level to a household where though a father gives his children their allowance, he leaves his briefcase carelessly in the house. With a false sense of ecomy the children kept embarking on spending spree buying all sorts of frivolity. Once this father realises his folly the children's economy returns to what we have now. It is my belief that the prudence of PMB for now is what we are feeling, slush funds are no longer flying around looking for avenues to hide like real estate, hence the lull in that sector and most luxury market. All talk of a rebased economy before now was sham, Nigerians should be grateful that PMB came on board at a time like this to curb excesses, the economy would ve collapsed under Gej. Thank god we are not in recession, i believe that we would get through this. Even though the president may not be perfect, i can see he is sincere |
africanusvu:you need help, did they wrong your father! Must everybody belong to PDP, is Imo PDP? Don't you know that people voted Rochas of APC, the beauty is that both Oby and Ameachi don't know you exist, keep pandering your miserable existence why you look forward to the day Ameachi and Oby will regret. |
saint047:Wrong, PMB best move politically, Had it been PDP succeeded then APc is dead in Niger Delta, I am looking at El Rufai/ Ameachi ticket after PMB. Politically PMB is getting it right, with Northern Christians appointment in his Govt. APC has locked down 2019. |
kel4soft:I see Ameachi as a destiny child, fighting with him gives you bloody nose. His carrier so far has pointed to this fact, the more PDP hounds him the more they set themselves up for a fall, i see PDP scattering into 1000 direction because of Ameachi |
kingdompropty:speak for yourself, APC have supporters in SS and SE stop deceiving your self, recall Imo and Edo incase and Rivers will come over soon. As a keen watcher of events beyond the now, the signs are ominous, their will be a re run and Wike will lose. Apart from the party Exco how many top PDP men ve been open in stating their support for Wike. If you know Nigerian politics you will discover that to our elites what matter is their interest, the initial massive support to Wike was because of Gej which they saw through after after Gej lost. Most of these elites are contractors to Federal Agencies like NDDC, NIMASSA and others, you need to be on the Federal good books to keep those contract running. It is only the poor that fight for these politicians to death, i am sure that if you are the contractor currently handling the equipping of all heath centres in Nigeria courtesy Gej you won't want that contract to stop under PMB Govt. Why are people like Clerk singing a different tune. So my friend you like it or not Ameachi is currently the Bridge to Abuja for most of these big politicians. |
VIPERVENOM:i think Ameachi is a destiny child, the more you fight him the more your nose gets bloodied. PDP should leave Ameachi alone or else they will scater into 1000 direction |
Mogidi:You ve to start mass producing children with your woman for 2019, as a loyal menber PDP will appreciate your effort. |
If you want him to play to his strength give him cover with the right kind of midfield combo of and I bet you, he will perform.
