Your impression as expressed here is quite apt especially the truth as emphasised. The second part is rather fallacious. A lot people have been helped in numerous ways but since the help did not come in the form as predetermined by the beneficiary, it was then disregarded as help.

Finally, help whenever given is help all the same and I assure you an objective minded beneficiary of this help will rather have the help than decline it even at the point of dying.

Let us retool our perception to reflect positivity, I can tell you that most times help drops on our laps and we scorn it only to realise later that this was a great offer attired differently.

Youths are the problem? I disagree. Most people who rule us today existed and showed their hands in the time of our elders and fathers. And if our fathers and elders choose to be economical with the truth or not well informed in their time, it's difficult for a youth who put so much faith in them and not well informed to vote otherwise. Both the elders and youths are responsible for our current state.

Those were good programs though but because business is beyond learning basic skills, most of us find it hard to practise after acquisition. If a reasonable loan system to SMEs was in place, most trainings will yield more fruits.

It's actually annoying. When you try very hard to be useful and achieve success but the society conspire against you. The same society that's made it difficult to succeed will also turn around and blame you.

It's not that we don't know ways to succeed. That's not the case. The issue is that the right ways we know to succeed has a corrupt person at its top whose moral compass is highly eroded and requires same from graduates. Cash. IM. Sugar Daddies. etc.

What they scream now is Entrepreneurship as though entrepreneurship is run with only our mental capital. The truth today is, the fastest way to succeed in Nigeria is through corrupting yourself and shedding away your humanity. Unfortunate.

See who is talking about Hate Speech, Fake News and National Unity. Was it not this same man that indirectly supported Boko Haram during GEJ? The same people who told us GEJ was training snipers and heated up the system are talking of fake news. But the truth is, Lai can't win this war. It's above him now. If Buhari was competent, it would have been easier to win it.

They've been threads like this before and I don't know if anything came out of it. Most people will only help when you say or they see you are dying.

But on mobile devices, it's not as bad and can be managed. More people use mobile devices to browse anyways.

The first thing i noticed was that the site load speed. it was pretty slow. I thought it was just from my end until i tested the speed at GTMetrix and it shows how slow it is.

Secondly, the theme is too basic. You may need to change it to somethiing more appealing.

We have yoruba muslims and yoruba christians and they live well without any rancor.. One of the key problems with Nigeria is high level of illiteracy in the North, the divide and rule tactics of our leaders.... I honestly believe there is strength in diversity. As i am typing this reply i noticed that all my fingers are not equal, there is the the longer, shorter, medium, fatter, thinner, weaker fingers but with good coordination they allow me to type faster than if i decide to only use one finger.... Lets not underestimate the power in diversity. We need to have a platform for corrupt free elections, we need to fight corruption and not the mere lip service witnessed in the media, need for visionary leaders who can properly coordinate the affairs of this nation and watch Nigeria take its rightful place as an economic/political giant in the world.

I've thought it over. I don't think federalism will save the country. What will save Nigeria is a formation of an identity. A new identity. Where everyone is a Nigerian and not Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa. Where the people are homogeneous in culture and spirituality. You can never live in peace with this proportion of Christians and Muslims in one place. It's impossible. You'd have to collapse both for Nigeria to work. You'd have to collapse our cultures that are antagonistic.

But is it worth it? Why should we collapse our cultures, languages, traditions and spirituality to forge a nation if we can independently exist and coexist as peaceful neighbours? Is it worth it? Federalism, or as they say, restructuring(of structures) will only affect us economically and have no material effect on our immaterial mind where peace is built. Let's see. But I've not seen these two religions coexist peacefully in one country. It's either one is 80 and the other 20. 50/50 or 45/55 can never be peaceful. It's impossible. I hope I'm wrong.

You are being economical with the truth. I have my reservations for both religions but I know which among both has the potential for compulsive conversion.

The Christian leaders could be making up imaginary stories but the truth is that their is some logic in whatever madness or mischief they are spreading.

The minds of so many Africans are in mess. First they raped your forefathers. Then destroyed and stole your artifacts. Gave you a new identity and country which you fight to keep.

Religion is useful and if you are going to practise any one let it be because you see sense in it and not because you were born in it. Vatican and Mecca controlling people's minds.
