I think the title of this page should be renamed to something that has to do with domaining.

It is criminal what Chipper Cash is doing. And try to cash out and you will that there rate is 670 naira per dollar. That's criminal. Pocket seems the cheaper option now but those issues should have been avoided while sponsoring BBN.

I know reducing prices can bring in sales, but if a buyer likes a want a domain, especially geos a mid 500-999 or above won't stop them.

Exactly. I agree. I set a Geo name for 500 and did all outbound possible but got nothing even from those using the exact name tag. And this is a top city name plus Homes/Condos/RealEstate dot com.

It was supposed to be an easy $1k sale. Now after two months and a final outbound I've increased the price to $5k with $1k as minimum offer. I'm ready to wait it out for as long as possible.

It's all about interest, if they really want it, like you said, an extra 200 won't stop them. In fact, buyers will make offer/buy based on your min/price. For more than 90 percent of the Geo's I bought this year, I've set the minimum as 200 and it has helped with better sales.

I tried that with my own guy he reads the email and still no reply maybe cos I accepted the first offer I don't know.on this same domain I countered a $100 offer with $200,buyer refuse to pay all on the first week of getting the domain.

Congrats bro. These people dey Always busy ooo. One make 350 offer for one of my domain on Dan which I accepted. 1 week him no pay. I had to chat him again and he said he will prefer Godaddy which I told him 400 and he also agreed. Men till now the guy refused to pay ooo. Almost 2months now. I don move on sha.

Lol. Crazy stuff. There's an email I use that work though. I just tell them that I'd like to hear their response so that I will stop disturbing them. They either respond that they are not interested anymore or go ahead and buy it. Any way it goes, good for me. I hate false hope.

Those guys no get time at all. Don't know where they always go. Omo I stopped complaining too after noticing some of their pattern on SquadHelp too. Imagine after paying over 2000 for contest and not showing up to pick winners.

It's crazy and annoying. I have about 2 already agreed but refusing to accept lead import. I no understand. They read the mails and move on with their lives.

The other annoying one made a 500 inbound offer for a 600 name and I quickly accepted, only for dude to change his mind a week later when Dan called. I think I responded too fast and confused him. Lol. Dan wanted to insist that he has to pay but I just told them to cancel it. I no get energy for bad energy.
