I know reducing prices can bring in sales, but if a buyer likes a want a domain, especially geos a mid 500-999 or above won't stop them.

I sold many for 250 during early days, but now I noticed higher can be possible but not constant, especially when you don't ve time for outbounding.

Exactly. I agree. I set a Geo name for 500 and did all outbound possible but got nothing even from those using the exact name tag. And this is a top city name plus Homes/Condos/RealEstate dot com.

It was supposed to be an easy $1k sale. Now after two months and a final outbound I've increased the price to $5k with $1k as minimum offer. I'm ready to wait it out for as long as possible.

It's all about interest, if they really want it, like you said, an extra 200 won't stop them. In fact, buyers will make offer/buy based on your min/price. For more than 90 percent of the Geo's I bought this year, I've set the minimum as 200 and it has helped with better sales.

Those guys no get time at all. Don't know where they always go. Omo I stopped complaining too after noticing some of their pattern on SquadHelp too. Imagine after paying over 2000 for contest and not showing up to pick winners.

There's one Vancouver in the US state of Washington, as well as in British Columbia, Canada. This makes it possible to get vast endusers for a name.

I used to think that different cities with similar names and more endusers are easier to sell but it seems like I may be wrong. Still an observation for now. Aurora, Wellington, Portland. Yeah. Goodluck. My main reason was that I have two exact word names for aurora but nothing and it's the 13th most populous city in the state.

I knew Boulder REA on ED and my watchlist will be registered after that. Lol. . Sort of an experiment . It's a good name but my experience with a more populous city, Aurora, hasn't been nice.
