So while at work today I sited one of our NCDMB staff that we have stalked on social media in Abuja today..lol, anways I asked him about the recruitment, he stated that the government is the major cause. I was like so what's the way forward , he said its either dy do a new recruitment or we shud just forget about it..that after all dy can't hold them accountable because dy didn't come out plain that they were recruiting, that the test doesn't stand for any shortlisting, nobody has gotten the job..lol it is well! Thanks for this one. However, new recruitment is not that feasible in the next nearest 2 years. This very recruitment has gone beyond your just obtained update as it shall be rounded up this year.

No deceit, you guys with higher marks just keep praying as all the forth and back has been in your favor.

It will shock you to know that those that have been going up and down for connect only end up complicating the process.

Once again insha'allah it will be concluded as a huge amount has been sank for the purpose of this recruitment already and no DG, MD, Chairman, or ES would like to be a customer to the EFCC for such a huge amount spent without result. The amount has to be accounted for. The ES would also like to maintain his good record of financial management.

Once upon a time. In year 2016 both FIRS and DPR had a massive recruitment. The entire recruitment process for the 2 agencies lasted for about 26 months - of which NCDMB now lasted 23 months.

They ended up the recruitment process a year preceding an election as if it was plan.

Having said this, we shouldn't be too baffled with the current recruitment pattern. Perhaps, NCDMB wants to follow suit.

My optimism is in the fact that the ES has confirmed it to an individual whom he can't just play around with, that the recruitment would end this year (a year preceding an election). Could this be another coincidence?

Good day Friends and Well wishers of this recruitment, i have a suggestion for all here to ponder on and make thier own inputs. This recruitment we believe is from NCDMB or atleast from its Associates, no matter how stealthy they might want to make it look or make the world to think it's not from them, the facts is the world already knows to some extent its from them or at least, the facts is pointing towards their directions.. Therefore, my suggestion goes this way;
1) Cant we officially write as a group of concerned Nigerians inquiring (freedom of information act) from Ncdmb and FCC copying SERVICOM and HMoSPR on the status of this recruitment they started in 2020. OR
2) As soon as we're arm with the necessary information and facts about the recruitment, we can proceed to send a delegation to the Secretary or HR office on a fact finding mission about the status of the recruitment.
3) A letter can also be written to the (Testmi, Quomos system) conductors/organizers of those exams seeking clarification and also copying necessary authorities on the status of the process they started aswell.

In all, i believe if we want to see a turn around, we must deviate from our usual mentality of waiting in idleness, keeping hope alive and celebrating idiotic updates which sometimes is decapitating our brains from thinking out a way. I believe in the can do mentality and to be honest with you guys inaction is a killer of dreams and destiny. Let's all put our heads together now and make a move, whatever moves we can think of, we can never tell what difference or impact it could make.
Let it be that we tried and failed than live or leave here in regrets..

# I implore those of us who has link in FCC to start doing their findings there for clues (clearance, permissions, notices, memos etc) pointing the recruitment to NCDMB as this would be a good place to start from, since if we are writing to them, we need to provide them with all the necessary evidence and proofs to show they're the ones recruiting.

Suggestions are welcome as to how to go about it. I personally I'm open to any kind of ideas towards realizing this venture. God bless ye all,

Well, such could be done. A brilliant Idea I most say, however, no body and no agency should be privy to such a letter. The letter should be written as private to him only and it should be polite and friendly.

This recruitment is genuine, there exist a list of those who beat the cut off and those whose name is written in red and green ink.
Unfortunately the amount with red and green outnumbered the total number of opening, while majority of those in colored inks who managed to sit for the cbt failed helplessly.
Now because of the nature of the black hat man, he cannot in good conscience pick colored against brains and of cause he also needs to be careful in order not to find himself in labor market if he doesn't do the bidding of those who careless for the common man, he has to go the snail way until the green and red pen almost run out of ink.

Sometimes this information given here is no cruise, but circumstances that we don't understand make it turn out to look like it's a cruise when it doesn't turn out to be the way we want.
I have gotten information too from top management staff at NCDMB that the list will be out at a particular time, but in the long run it didn't work out that way for reasons that up until now,I can't tell.
I believe that no sane person would just come out here to catch a cruise on the minds of people waiting anxiously for a life-changing job, unless the person no dey alright Walihi, and to what end will you be doing such.
This is a political season,let's just hope and pray they remember us, because everyone is fighting for their interest in government.

Infact, the statement on the advert is not sufficient enough that one shouldn't be posted to any of the Oil and Gas Companies at the South - South as an implant staff to monitor for NCDMB.

The speculation that the recruitment was to be concluded in first quota was well grounded but right now the chances of finishing this recruitment is near zero at the moment. If I could wait this far, what kind of impatience would make me not to wait more. After all, I wasn't certain that I would make it to today if not by God's grace.

My own is may we be among the enlisted ones. Timing is not an issue but favour.

I thought the participants here are all hopeful applicants in the Nigerian labor market, alas, some here are MDs, CEOs and excetra.. of their own failed businesses. Please if you had a failed business or managing to put your business which is about fail as result of your ego, then the earlier you see your business consultant the better.

Insulting unknown faces up and down will not suffice you, but rather, it will only earn you a 2nd Degree in Modern Madness; that is if at all you earned the 1st one.

Yes, I am damn right about it when I said it to like 3 NCDMB hopefulls that the updates they got recently, which corroborate with that of Newcastle shouldn't be dropped on the NCDMB Nairaland thread. Reason being, some (Nairalanders) are not socially fit enough to take updates as exactly received from the source.

If at all you have that urgency to drop an update, Pls be advise to use administrative languages like 'soon' and etc.

I repeat some fellows here are not fit enough as they are proving it daily that they lack that strength to handle life turbulence.
