Case is not over! If you had taken time out to read what transpired in court, you would have avoided embarassin yourself like this. Dino was not able to make it to the court in Abuja for the commencement of his trial because he was still processing the terms for his bail in Kogi. The judge took note of that and adjourned indefinitely pending the time the case in Kogi will not affect the one in Abuja. Nobody has been let off the hook! The case in Abuja is partaining to his attempted escape from police custody, damaging government property and providing false information to the police. The one in Kogi pertains to illegal arms possession.

You have no clue what you're talking about. The trial has been adjourned indefinitely because he's under trial in another court in Kogi! When his trial in Abuja was up for hearing, he was still sorting out the terms of the bail the Kogi court granted him and couldn't therefore appear before the Abuja court. The judge had no choice but to adjourn indefinitely till the prosecution can guaranty that his trial in Kogi will not clash or interfere with the one in Abuja.

Very good judgement by the Abuja court. So his trial in Kogi can go on unhindered without clashing with the one in Abuja. The one in Abuja concerns his attempt to escape police custody when he was being transported to Kogi. Hopefully after he's found guilty in Kogi for unlawful arms possession, he will then face the law in Abuja for attempting to escape police custody.

The EFCC picked on it and prosecuted him. Even if he's able to get a not guilty verdict from the CCT tribunal, he will still face the law for his part in the Panama leaks. There he used shell companies to launder Kwara money that he eventually used to buy houses in London. If he's able to get away with that one then he'll face the law again for using proceeds of the Paris fund refund by the FG to pay dubious consultants, buy jewellery in Dubai and pay off his friends. There is no hiding place for Saraki. He is a rogue that thinks Nigeria's money belongs to him and his family.

Do you know how Saraki became Senate President? He became Senate President when other members of his party, the APC, were holding a meeting with the President at the international conference centre. He refused to attend the meeting and then together with some rogue PDP members in the Senate elected himself Senate President.
