Camry 2005/06 four(4) plugs. Lesser fuel consumption as compared to the ES350 counterparts especially as you want to use this for ehailing.

If you must do a 2007/08 camry, then it’d be a six(6) plugs except you’d do a 2010/11 because of some factory defects.

If you’re doing the six(6) plugs, then you may as well do the ES350 albeit their parts are more expensive.

Cheers!

I can assure you, and I am 100% convinced that, this guy will still not save up to 10k monthly, if his salary is suddenly increased to 850k let’s say, by next month.

The issue is not the amount he is earning, the issue is his financial literacy level. I was in this guy’s shoe for a very long time. I was earning 30k monthly, d money nor Dey reach. I start Dey earn 50k, e nor still reach. 80k, na same story... until 1 girl I met on 2go that year (when social media was still social, not now that it is vicious) helped me re-organized my life. With my 50k salary, I was about to save 120k in 12month and funnily enough, my life style nor depreciate... rather, e appreciate cos it was planned.

Devil be make me leave that gal Dey find wetin I nor even know and I go back to wastage... thank God, I don get sense back now. Though we nor Dey togeda (she is married now), but u Dey apply her principles wen she teach me way back now

Presently, I earn less than 150k a month yet, I save approximately, 40k monthly. No sir, I am not living in a face me I face you apartment. I live in a 3bedroom flat but rather than pay 750k in Sapele RD or GRA as most guys in my office Dey do, I sufry carry myself go Aduwawa where I Dey pay 200k. I chose GOTV and Dey do 2,460 sub. I run my clothes myself, I Dey cook and why I go use 500naira recharge a day when Watsapp Dey there?

I will recommend this book for you OP, “THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON”. Buy and make that book your companion for the next 6 months. Put am near ya pillow and go thru am, at least, once every week if you truly care about your future

I think he is just too wasteful on a 400 k salary, he is pratically spending himself into poverty

Use https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living to calculate standard and Average cost of living per city accross the world and you might understand something is fundermentally wrong with your friend

I have lived in Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, and Abudhabi, UAE,

Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Abuja in Nigeria

Muscat , Oman

And take out price variation regarding rent and utility... I can categorically say your friend is wasteful

✓Rent - 84,000 monthly (average 2 bed) a sensible Batchelor lives in a single bedroom apartment or shared apartment so Rent should be ₦42,000 a month for a single room within such complex

Estate security - 3,000 monthly in a gated estate you pay single security levy and not multiple

Cleaner - 5,000 monthly
Dstv - 9,500 monthly

Auto Fueling - 50,000 monthly what do you need 300 litters of petrol for in a month you either get a place close to work or use a more Economic car

Car eventually fixed by a reliable mechanic in Lekki..... it is running like new now. I'm impressed by this engine. He had to do an extensive work on it. I'm impressed.

No more Check engine light, good fuel economy, oil leaks solved, no more coolant leaks......

I'll recommend him anyday: Abe ......08167071246, 09065036210

Good day Nairalanders, bolt has been telling me my inspection is due.
So I took some time about 4 days to work on some issues with the car.
I was through yesterday.
Out of curiosity I switched on my driver's app and found out that I was still active.
Is this normal as I am 4 days overdue for inspection?
Please can anyone give me the location to their inspection center along lekki- Epe expressway?
Thanks

TravelRe: Nigerians Who Returned From Abroad: Any Regret? by sbot: 10:44am On Sep 16, 2021
Klass99:
@ The bold, in doing my research on how to quit the rat race one article said to do it effectively - you'll need monthly income from non-job sources which exceeds your monthly expenses

In my mind I was like, why don't they teach these things in school? Or why do our parents not teach financial literacy in the best way they can? Na to dey groom person for marriage only, we sabi for Africa.

I know 4 people who returned home after about 10, 13 and 9yrs overseas.

Tony 9 years in the UK - said he got tired of the system and systemic racism he occasionally encountered. He was just one year from acquiring his residency and people advised him to hang in there for one more year before returning to Naija........but he said he was so fed up another year would have felt like Yaba left to him grin

Mike 13 years in the UK - said everything worked right, the system, infrastructures were efficient, the govt wasn't an inept one etc, but he would never be rich there as much as he would be in Naija. So, he came home.......plus he was ready to marry and as a traditional Igbo man to the core I'm not sure any foreign based women would have worked for him, whether black or white.

Amanda, 4 years in the UK then another 5 in France - said she returned because we have a strong network of family & friends relationships here, unlike overseas and she really missed that. According to her if you need 10k, 20 or more there's no way your family or friends won't raise that money for you, even if the 20k comes from 4 different people (as in, 5k from each person) But, overseas if you need like £2 OYO will be your case. Plus, she wanted to give back to her community in Naija.

Alex 6 years in............I can't remember the country again grin, came back because he felt his life was too regimented by bills. According to him he couldn't do much after paying every damn bill, he never had enough left over to just chill or do nice things for himself the way he could in Naija.

He said in Naija, you can pay bills and still have enough left over to travel, lavishly hang out with your guys, assist others who need financial help etc His hands were pretty much tied when it came to these activities overseas.

All of these people are doing well and I haven't heard or detected a trace of regret from any of them.

Albeit, Corolla is more economical.

Abeg o my ogas, I saw this sign on our bus when I started the engine today. The last time it was serviced was 14th of August. Is it something that need urgent attention as I need to use the bus tomorrow to go somewhere.
It's a 2016 Toyota Hiace
Looks like sludge.

You need the services of a mechanic to fix this. Your engine could knock if not attended to immediately.

Oil is currently not circulating round the engine.

Will recommend only Thermocool and Sumec Firman. You can get Thermocool only from their stores and Firman from Firman flagship stores or accredited sellers, don't just buy from any store, fakes are much more than the originals nowadays. Your budget should be at least 170k to get something that will fit in.
Boss,

Please can you help with Firman flagship stores especially on the Island. Thanks

Good morning Gazzuzz and other car gurus. My car, Honda civic gear is giving me problem and I was advise to buy another gear box. Please what are the things I need to look at for when I go buying the gear box to avoid buying a worked or faulty one.
If you can afford Gazzuzz, do go with him.

I’m sure he can give you some form of warranty.

Uber11 I didn’t want to intervene in this but let’s do this.

1. Stop trusting this individual. A genuine person would have shown up regardless of what the issue is/might be.

2. Release their information to the public. I’m sure people here might help you call him and also other innocent people don’t fall victim to them.

3. Work on the way you trust people. You seem to have a good heart and that’s okay but Nigerians would hurt you.

4. Stop putting yourself and life at risk. Don’t let the incidence of you sleeping in an incomplete building ever repeat itself.

5. Go register another license and move on as this looks like a gone case. Stop hoping.

All the best to you.

Cheers!

It will be easier for you to maintain than its bigger brother (remember its a compact sedan), lesser consumption of gas and lesser cost of spare parts.

And in my own personal opinion, i love its look than the E class.
Appreciate the explanations boss.

Both are great German machines, very durable and reliable when maintained diligently.

Maintenance is on the high side though, but you that narrowed your options to these two should be capable.

MERCEDES BENZ E350: Midsize Executive car.

MERCEDES BENZ C300: Compact luxury car.

MY CHOICE : If i was in your shoes, i will go with the Mercedes benz c class.
Thanks boss.

If you don’t mind me asking, what’d inform your decision to go with the C300, please?
Thanks
