Last week it was reported in the papers that Chief Femi Otedola promised a cash reward of $250,000 to the super eagles in their match against Tunisia. My question is that now that eagles lost the match,is it not possible and more rewarding to give the money to the less privileged ,poor Nigerians that will really appreciate this gesture. Our wealthy citizens should show more empathy to the rest of the citizens who need the financial assistance more and not to focus only on rich football stars and musicians. The country is hard.
