Following the recent attack on Bawan Daji community in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State where some lives were lost, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, directed that Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Special Forces be deployed to Gusau, as part of efforts to stop the incessant banditry attacks. He therefore further urged them to effectively utilize their experience and training to protect the lives and properties of the people of Zamfara State. In addition to earlier established Quick Response Groups and Wings and the deployment of NAF Special Forces to various states, the NAF recently established Quick Response Wings at Agatu, Doma and Nguroje in Benue, Nasarawa and Taraba States respectively to bring security closer to those in the relatively remote areas. Thank you . My opinion quality is not been given attention to. Too many cars. How many fleet supervisor to a car. What happens if a lot of the car break down. Do you have enough man power to solve the issue.
I might sound silly . But for me I rather have all the attention given to my cars. I wouldnot like to have a fleet manager that manages cars for other people. My fleet manager has six other cars under him plus mine he has 11 cars. I rather have him focus on my stuff alone. So that I get his full attention. When the time is rite. I will ask him to drop the other cars and work for me alone . He might have conditions. He hinted that if I can get up to 20 cars he will return the other cars. Would he do it or not. That I don't known. But for somethig like that to work I will have to offer him good incentives.
You I want to build a company around Uber. I just don't want to do it just for doing it sake .
People don't realize that am one of the most reasonable person to do business with. I always belief that if you scratch my back I will scratch yours . For anyone to succeed you need a good team around you. Treat them with respect. But Nigeria factors at times its very hard.
