These should be the work of the NPF, It's High time they step up there game. Good work NA.
I don't think the army intercepted it without intelligence information from certain people. U believe the police would have been able to do same if they were given the same information the NPF likes to look good too.

eminemkayc:
Several reasons may have caused this failure/cracks, ranging from poorly designed flexible pavement to quality control and shady construction practices. Typically from what I can see, one of the below listed points may have caused this failure;

=> poorly compacted sub grade material - As rigidity of flexible pavement reduces downwards (from wearing course), sub grades are supposed to be properly compacted to achieve at least 95% maximum dry density in order to prevent long term plastic deformation otherwise called consolidation as a result of moving/stationary vehicular loads

=> Inadequate or absence of base/sub base course material which should be a sandcrete mix all through the length and width of the roadway

=> wearing course insufficient thickness (min 2inch thick) as well as poor selection & mix of asphalt suitable for the terrain's operating temperature to cater for changes due to temperature variation.

=> Lack of good quality control during construction execution
Thanks a lot.
Your inputs are always very valuable.

NIGERIAN AIR FORCE DEPLOYS SPECIAL FORCES TO GUSAU

Following the recent attack on Bawan Daji community in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State where some lives were lost, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, directed that Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Special Forces be deployed to Gusau, as part of efforts to stop the incessant banditry attacks. Accordingly, the NAF Special Forces, who were trained in asymmetric warfare, were airlifted from Kaduna with the NAF C-130 Hercules aircraft to complement the efforts of other security forces on ground to prevent further attack on innocent citizens. The personnel and other supporting staff would operate from the recently est
In his address to the troops at Gusau shortly before their deployment earlier today, 3 April 2018, the Air Officer Commanding Special Operations Command, Air Vice Marshal Ismaila Kaita, announced that the Special Forces would be further deployed to remote areas of Zamfara State, where they would be engaged in Internal Security operations. He therefore further urged them to effectively utilize their experience and training to protect the lives and properties of the people of Zamfara State. He added that the NAF leadership expects the Special Forces to exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and respect fo
In recent times, the NAF has taken additional measures to enhance its contributions to tackling Internal Security challenges in the country, in fulfilment of its constitutional responsibility. In addition to earlier established Quick Response Groups and Wings and the deployment of NAF Special Forces to various states, the NAF recently established Quick Response Wings at Agatu, Doma and Nguroje in Benue, Nasarawa and Taraba States respectively to bring security closer to those in the relatively remote areas. Arrangements are also ongoing to establish a new Quick Response Group in Jalingo, Taraba State to superintend the activities of the 3 new Quick Response Wings.

Rest in peace BIG BOSS LT COL WEHLA MAMUDU.
The way our govt prefers to play politics with the life of people is appalling.
Most times it's only the CO's death we see. I wonder how many more NCO's have gone. I hope they get proper burials and that the family gets what is due them.

No now of coz not . I known that one manager can not mange 20 cars u rite. I will hire more hands has the times goes. [/b]If I have two or more fleet mangers. I want them to be soley dedicated to me. Simple as dat. What works for me might not work others. But we can agree that it's better to have managers that are solely dedicated to your cars only . I want that attention.
I like your honesty and sincerity.

Thank you . My opinion quality is not been given attention to. Too many cars. How many fleet supervisor to a car. What happens if a lot of the car break down. Do you have enough man power to solve the issue.
I might sound silly . But for me I rather have all the attention given to my cars. I wouldnot like to have a fleet manager that manages cars for other people. My fleet manager has six other cars under him plus mine he has 11 cars. I rather have him focus on my stuff alone. So that I get his full attention. When the time is rite. I will ask him to drop the other cars and work for me alone . He might have conditions. He hinted that if I can get up to 20 cars he will return the other cars. Would he do it or not. That I don't known. But for somethig like that to work I will have to offer him good incentives.
You I want to build a company around Uber. I just don't want to do it just for doing it sake .
People don't realize that am one of the most reasonable person to do business with. I always belief that if you scratch my back I will scratch yours . For anyone to succeed you need a good team around you. Treat them with respect. But Nigeria factors at times its very hard.
It's funny you think one fleet supervisor would be able to manage 20 cars that are yours but you don't think Romeo3, Ogunvic41 and their managers can't handle 40 cars that aren't theirs.

Does the bolden means you want to replicate their model with your own cars?

I think alot of people need to take a chill pill, you guys don't have an indepth idea of the business model yet you say it's not sustainable.

The time when you're suppose to have Romeo and Ogunvic for dinner is when a partner comes to complain that his 50k wasn't paid.

Romeo3 and Ogunvic I think you guys are divulging too much here already, some of this info should be left for investors.
