RomanceWhich Is More Valuable: Proposal Itself Or Style Of Proposing? by Scopium(op): 4:03pm On Mar 15, 2008
When people finally decide to get married, and try to show it to their friend, what should be the most important thing. The sci-fi, comedy, thriller, adventure, style of proposal filled with audio-visual effects that sometime get misconstrued or the fact that he actually proposed. So he wasn't a jerk after all. Maybe you've waited so long for this moment. Which is more tangible?

I CAN'T do it but that doesn't deny the fact that it doesn't happen. Homosexuality (lesbians/gays) and sleeping with your mother-in-law, which is more strange? Sugar mummies; are some of them not mothers-in-law?

your parents have no right to choose your spouse. you are an adult, do what's best for u.
Yeah right, may be they don't even have a right to be called your parents eventhough they are. They don't have any right to raise you properly to think well, they should have used you to fight for the legalization of abortion. Where was your right when your thinking was still in your left? Your parents have a right to what's good for you even when your opinion differ from theirs. Nobody knows it all. The DNA of humans can boast of the flaw of imperfection

Wow I wonder where bad dads are. Or are they angels at home and demons on the street? You know great dad like Sani Abacha, Sgt Rogers, Tafa Balogun, etc. Hmm I'm just curious. Every dad is wonderful that means Nigeria is bad because of bad mothers, bachelors, spinsters, teengers, toddlers and babies.
FOR THE RECORD THOUGH, MY DAD IS THE BESTEST DAD. HE IS THE SOURCE FROM WHICH ALL GREAT DADS WERE MADE

FamilyRe: Should A Working Couple Split The Bills? by Scopium: 8:55am On Mar 14, 2008
It's okay to split the bills however 50-50 split is a titanic myth. The man should take care of the major bills. Most times the ultimate bill splitter is the earning power. It is often erroneously and hastily concluded in this parts of the world that taking care of the entire family need is the man's onus but that is not embedded in the man's DNA. Some men fool themselves with this misconception thinking it's love and a veritable means to be in control. This sort of control is as effective as chaining a dog with a chain made of bones.
FamilyHow To Resolve Marriage Proposal That Breaks Homes by Scopium(op): 8:52pm On Mar 13, 2008
This happens often. Most marriage proposals break homes. Often the mother pitches tent with her daughter, the mother don't like the wife to be, father pitches tent with his son, father don't like the husband to be or the battle and battalion may have various formation. In such a scenario, how do you resolve the issue to favour both party. In my opinion a resolution by calling off the marriage is not so ideal. Such war is about to be wedged very close to me. I need your advice on How To Resolve Marriage Proposal That breaks Homes

@skehinde

motion capture the swingings in spidey? gasp! what living human can do those aerodynamic contortions? thats why they went CGI, but then as anyone who does 3D animation can tell you, mimicking the human form in motion midair is darn hard. you cannot properly simulate human body weight and factor in the physics of forces such as gravity (even though gravity is not a force grin ) and friction, thrust, lift etc acting on that body all at once. we see the same mess in Daredevil.

however i believe by mapping motion capture on CGI and keyframing the CGI effects as inbetween frames they can pull of the illusion. actually there was a bit of motion capture, gymnasts on rings were catured, but it was referenced for animation of the CGI only.

you nailed your reviews spot on! however i disagree on your assessment of die hard 4's ending. i would think plugging a bullet in you just to hit the bad guy behind is pretty unforgettable.

it amuses me whenever hollywood goes the HACKER/CYBERCRIME route. i get a chuckle when i see the careless stereotyping of hackers as socially dysfunctional weirdos in gloomy rooms stacked with comics and action figures and tons of computer stuff and posters of gothic rock bands and and tons of other cliches. these poorly drwn 'hackers' aloways spout some corporate/government conspiracy crap, and they know the inner workings of just about any electronic stuff or anything with a microchip. hah!

LETS SET THE RECORDS STRAIGHT.

1. not all hackers are teenagers

2. most hackers own one computer only

3. most hackers have girlfriends, parents, and a dog.

4. the rooms arent so gloomy.

5. instead of action figures and comics, most hacker rooms are filled with cd cases, hefty books on C++ and posters of carmen elektra

6. hackers do not have a global knowledge of everything electronic: most hackers are specialized on a singular aspect. it takes a community to do any massive hacking by pooling skills and resources together.

7.hackers cannot press a few buttons and make your cellphone bake bread. ( see the core, die hard 4)

8. that hacker in The Core lied when he said he could take away the G-Man's electronic life ( "i could take away yor credit card, medical files, tax returns, identity, etc." Yah, right!). no hacker can hack into dozens of discrete and disparate govt an private servers.

9. why is it that in movies you never identify what operating system they use? the world uses windows/linux/ mac osX, but in hacker movies and most movies in fact you don't see any traces of those. and no movie hacker ever say "im unfamiliar with this OS/tool/language/system/script". instead they just jump right in and "work their magic". (see Transformers)

10. hacking into anything can take months to assess the target, discover the vulnerabilities, hone the skills by trial and error, and finally exploit the target. in movies they simplify the whole process to a matter of a few minutes of frenzied keyboard presses.
That was so in dept, simplified at least some extent educative, informative and entertaining as well. Nicely done.
