Again I say, which state govt or fg does not have payment issues? What is perculiar in Rivers that other states aren't experiencing? Again, the entire rivers workers like u earlier stated isn't owned 6 months. I have confirmed this and those owned will be paid. U don't need to lie about that.

How can you call amaechi as the best governor.
Amaechi is the second democratical elected govenor in rivers after peter odili. Peter odili raised Port harcourt to one of the cities in Nigeria. He ruled from 1999 to 2007 after the military rule.
Amechi took over from october 2007 instead of May till date after resolving electorate issue in the court.

To my best of knowledge, the indian pays amaechi commission every term that he never delay their salary.

Akpabio built infractures that leaves his self in gold print and high capital intensive example:
The building of national stadium.
the building of seaport in akwa ibom
The building of airport.
construction of uyo beautiful garden consisting of 1000 housing estate.

Amaechi with all its entourage went to commision 100 million ethanol plant in rivers while akpabio went and commision 10 billion naira menthanol and gas plant in akwa ibom.

Am not a fan of any politicians or governor. What annoys is when people start mention a particular govenor as best govenor because i know is if the best governor gives your 1% of its looting as gift.
