Nothing to score...The only area one can consider (i.e., Infrastructure) does not have good outlook. Most infrastructural facilities built cannot repay the loans taken to construct them. Prices seem inflated, construction unduly delayed. Grossly incompetent government! Ministers appointed late, they were given portfolios they know nothing about...supervision was poor. The tall man sat behind a big table just smiling to poor performing members. of his cabinets and saying "Madala" to failures. What do you expect? Immeasurable failure...the whole country has to go for therapy...we are survivors!
